Amazing, professional and friendly service! Frank made the whole process very easy and stress free. Arrived exactly when he said he would, 30 minutes and I was towed to the dealership.

My wife and I were locked out of our car. We called and they said they would be here in 10-15 mins. Timing was pretty accurate. Aaron showed up got us in with in 5 minutes. Aaron was very friendly. Chatted with us while he was getting in the car. Our experience with Aaron was 10/10. I highly recommend calling if you are needed a tow a lock out anything . I called jacks and they wanted 170 plus tax to get us in the car. I had a few choice words for their dispatcher and hung up. My wife found these heros. I'll be calling F&W from now on. Thank you Aaron and F&W Towing.

Would not recommend. I will not be using F&W towing again and wish I could at least request the (small) tip I gave the driver back if not a full refund.I called to get my car towed because it wouldn't start while I was out. From what I could tell my alternator had died. 5 stars for the person on the phone, 0.5 stars for the driver.Driver shows up, parking along the backs of the vehicles in the parking lot effectively blocking us in (most likely on purpose to prevent people leaving before paying but it's an important detail). He gets out of the truck, no introduction, no greeting, didn't even politely or audibly ask me to pop the hood. Hooks a little jump pack thingy up to my battery and tells me to try it. Car starts, wonderful. I ask him if he thinks it's just my battery and I try explaining why I think it's my alternator but he seems totally uninterested in any further interaction and says it could be and That'll be $73 [and some change]"He gets in his truck while I get my wallet and get out of the car

My car died Monday late evening in downtown Abby - I had to be at work at 5:45 a.m. Tuesday so couldn't deal with problem until after my shift - went to one dealership that couldn't even see my vehicle for 2 - 3 weeks and couldn't recommend a towing service. Went to MSA Ford - they recommended F & W Towing and could deal with my car within a couple of days. Called F & W - the driver that took the call was at my home within 15 minutes, picked up my keys, knew exactly where my car was abandoned and delivered it to MSA Ford that evening. Thank you F & W for your amazing service. Recommend your service highly!

Aaron from F&W towing is the absolute definition when you describe someone as salt of the earth.He came immediately to my residence to help me out. Was working with them previously and was expecting a tow as bcaa wouldn't do it.Aaron stopped me and was able to fix the problem right then and there after two separate failed attempts to jump the vehicle previously.So instead of a tow charge, it's a jump charge.I'm surprised on how much I've had to have vehicles towed this year, but you can't get anyone nicer than them.Thanks again Aaron and F&W towing!

Excellent and welcoming team. Used them to free a set of keys from a newer style car, that my wife may or may not have locked away for safe keeping. Thank you F&W towing for your work and commitment to excellence.

Used the first time my vehicle wouldn't start. Called my warranty roadside for a tow and after 4 hours finally decided to call my own tow and I was reccomeded F &W. They arrived within 30 minutes and they were able to jump me and even followed me to the dealership to ensure I arrived.Called a second time and they arrived 10 minutes faster than estimated. Will use them again if needed!

BCAA were unable to provide service for 1 1/2 hours . F&W arrived in 20 minutes as promised. The employee was courteous and capable. I highly recommend them.

It was a long weekend and my ignition module failed on Hwy 1 in Chilliwack and needed a tow to North Delta. Tried 5 other towing companies and they were all tied up. F&W came within an hour and the driver was very courteous, professional, understanding and personable and price was reasonable for that long trip dealing with heavy traffic. Would recommend F&W.
