Pet Valu

Came here to return an unopened item with receipt and they said I have to go to the original store in which it was purchased. Nowhere on the receipt does it have that policy, will GLADLY take my business elsewhere. I honestly just think it was because the staff didn’t know how to process the refund.

You can always count on a friendly face to be there waiting behind the counter ready to provide you with knowledge, advice & service. Great shop.

The lady was extremely helpful. They didn't have the proper size in a dog sweater or protective outer wear. The lady was very helpful. I have been looking for a few months. Clothing was found in another store. Thank you so very much for your help!

We've been going here for all our pet needs since we got our cat 2 years ago. They are always helpful and keep everything we need in stock. I've done a little price comparing, and on most things, they're similar or cheaper than other stores nearby. They also have a dog wash station/service and refrigerated fresh foods if that's your thing.

My first and second visits to the PetValu were fantastic. I went in today to return my puppy food which I bought three days ago. I informed the cashier I had to return due to an allergy reaction. She took the bag to her Manager on duty, but the manager said I couldn't return it because I had used up half a bag. I explained that I only used 2 cups and they could measure it, but he refused and said he knows it more than half. I said this doesn't seem right, and I want to complain and will not return to the Stouffville branch. He, in return, said I am welcome to the complaint and have a nice day—terrible customer service. I feel disgusted by the way he treated me.

Not very friendly staff, seem to only be accommodating with above and beyond customer service to their regulars or those who they think" have money (never judge a book by its cover ;) )one of the worst Pet Valu's I've been to in the country over the past 15 years. Even though I'm local now to Stouffville I'll take my weekly visits with my dog to Uxbridge or the city where they know customer service."

I bought three collars for my dog because I wasn't sure on the size. When I purchased them and inquired about their return policy, the lady at the counter assured me I could come back and return the ones that didn't work as long as the tags were on. Simple enough. I came back 1 week later, to return the unused items, and I was made to feel like I was committing a crime. First she made me wait while she called her manager to ask if it was okay to return the collars. Then the person on the phone proceeded to ask me questions through the woman on the phone. How dumb is that. I started to get hot under the collar, because as you know they love to take our money, but heaven forbid you return the merchandise. Then she told me that her manager said it way okay, and asked if she could keep my original receipt which was my only receipt for the item I was keeping. SO unprofessional. What was point of that? So I don't return anymore items?? It was such an unpleasant experience, I won't be returning to this location.

Another great Pet Value store. they have all your pet foods ,treats, toys and accessories for all your pets. Very good dog washing here. Currently curb side pick up only.

I went there on Jan 2, and the associate there was so helpful and knowledgeable!This place is big and has a great selection of pet toys, food, grooming products, etc.

Friendly and helpful staff. I'm there every few months for kissable k9's dental cleaning service for my small dog.
