Simplissimmo / Furnished Loft in Montreal

Our stay was above our expectations. The loft is amazing and looks exactly like the pictures. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and it’s well equipped. Also, if you want to discover montreal it’s near a metro station, restaurants, The Mont-Royal, etc. 10/10 Would recommend

The aesthetic of the entire hotel was just perfect. The room had everything you needed and more! The location is unbeatable, not once did we use our car to travel anywhere all weekend. As we were leaving we were planning our trip back to the hotel this summer!

My feelings are a bit mixed but I hate to penalize the hotel for things beyond their control. I may have just been unlucky that one of the other people staying down the hall was banging on his door like crazy and yelling in the middle or the night. Also might be unlucky that the unit upstairs started doing some loud drilling at 9am. I'm sure these are just one off incidents that aren't a normal occurence so I can't really let them affect the rating. However the noise of the Concordia students having fun late into the night on a weekend is probably something to expect. Still, I'm a heavy sleeper and I live in Toronto so the student noise didn't bother me much. Besides the noise I really enjoyed the place. Check-in, while different to what I'm used to, was incredibly easy. The check-in instructions came on time. Was easy to get in and out of the building and the room was gorgeous. The pictures online are exactly what you get. Spacious, clean, well decorated. I was very impressed. Although I was only there two nights I'd say it's ideal for a longer stay as it's fully equipped with everything you need to cook you own meals, clean your clothes, wash dishes in the dishwasher, etc. The entrance to the building could use some sprucing up no doubt and the outside windows definitely need a good clean but all in all I was quite happy and would stay again.

I had a wonderful weekend at Simplissimmo’s The Lofts! The unit looked exactly like the pictures and was outfitted with absolutely everything one would need for a perfect weekend getaway. The staff reached out ahead of my arrival with all the necessary info and made themselves available throughout the stay. Beautiful space with a large patio and well maintained. Was in a great location! A block away there was parking with decent/average pricing.Simple instructions on how to check in and quick responses! Everything was very clean and looked exactly like in the pictures, and even had a feet warmer in the bathroom which I loved and never experienced.The water pressure and different settings in the shower was amazing as well.There was only a couple stains on the bed but you could cover it with a sheet thats on top of the main cover. It did smell clean at least. Also the sensor in the jacket closet kept going off strangely.Other than that this place was perfect for me and my man for the three days we were there. Definitely house goals and equipped with everything. Don't think you could get any better than this especially with the price.

Awesome place! Loft offered all that one will ever need when vacationing (fully finished kitchen + washer/dryer units). Lovely apt in a great safe area, walkable to many great attractions. Friendly, helpful and responsive Staff. Can’t wait to go back!

Would highly recommend. The loft has absolutely everything you need. They have thought of everything. Super comfortable bed. Very clean. Well definitely return when I visit montreal again. Great communication with the customer service team too.

Had a great experience, the loft is super spacious and cozy, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a getaway in the city. Will definitely come back to the David hotel!
