Homewood Suites by Hilton Winnipeg Airport-Polo Park, MB

Room air was never fresh. The hvac never gave us outside air, and was very loud. The ceiling fan was wobbly and we could not use it. There was no window that opened. We had to buy a standing fan which helped a bit. Breakfast was 8 out of 10, good variety. Bed was good, kitchen was 10 out of 10 as was cleanliness. Staff super, location good. Would I stay there again, no, cause of the bad air.

The hotel is good, but cleaning once a week, you have to run around the floors to look for a cleaner and ask for clean towels and toilet paper. The pool is super.

Breakfast was always amazing. I'll start with that.The hotel itself is outdated and smelly.One day we went to leave the hotel and the halls literally smelt like sewage. It was disgusting. Did not help that the halls are very hot.The parking lot is extremely full.Let's start on the rooms. The carpets are old, dirty and musty.The furniture is old and well used.The bed was comfortable however and the sheets were cleaned.The bathroom is separate from the sink which I do not like.We were staying there longer than a week and staff never came to clean the room despite us requesting the service. Yet the date we were checking out we they came constantly asking if we were leaving. It was not yet time for checking out.The front desk staff however were very friendly.

Stayed a night here with the hubby. The room was large and clean. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was a bit tight. It was quiet and had the BEST breakfast bar I have ever had. Close to shopping. Parking was a bit of a hassle as it was fully booked and there were not enough spots, but we managed. Would stay again.

Great hotel to host large groups, and you can take advantage of the courtyard with 2 massive BBQ's. We fed the whole Ball Hockey Team and their parents one night. The breakfast was excellent, and Lisa one of the food ladies is amazing, get to know her. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. If you get a room in the 30's (130, 220,330, 430) be prepared to walk for 2 min from the elevator to find your room.

Was there for a conference, dinner was included (buffet) the food was not that great, but the service was good

Stayed here eight days with my family.Will start with the good: the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, free coffee in the lobby is nice, and the location is close to lots of important things - malls, restaurants, etc.Everything else about the hotel is just good enough": the beds

This week my travels have brought me to Winnipeg, MB, Canada.Rooms are good size, friendly staff, and great location. The only thing I would ask to improve on is their pillows. Beds were good but the pillows are flat. Doesn't matter if I selected with soft or firm pillows. Other than that, everything else was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Homewood Suites in Winnipeg need to get new furniture and new carpets. It’s beginning to smell stale! Good location.
