Tyendinaga Tee Time

4.5 Star. Ive never been to a simulator before and I was shocked how much fun it was. Definately worth the money, I will be back for sure.

We showed up to Tee Time for our reservation and were extremely disappointed. We called before leaving to see if we should bring our own clubs or if they have ones that need to be used, they told us to bring our own. We loaded up and left for our booked time. We recieved a phone call well on our way, 15 minutes before arriving saying he had to reschedule us because he was having technical issues! 30 minutes after just talking to them! We had mutiple vehicles and people on their way from various distances away to play there. We decided to show up anyways as we drove all this way to actually see what was going on. The worker Auther was awesome, he apologized and tried to do everything he could to make the situation he was put it come out as best as possible. The owner finally showed up to log In and try his hand at the situation. All over the screens it was apparent that subscription dues were not made. It was now the company's problem because they were not open to call. We had everyone there and this ruined the whole day, possibly the whole evening. Basically this is as amateur as it gets, this operation and extremely unprofessional. I would 10/10 recommended this place for extreme disappointment. Who books people days before hand with equipment that doesn't work. All I can say, is wow. Arthur if you read this and are looking for a job as I don't suspect this place will be around much longer with this kind of ethic, please reach out to me I'd be happy to bring you aboard.

Great experience at the business. Enjoyed the golf simulator with friends. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! Will be back!
