Got my kitchen done by Ottawa Granite Art, Bill is very professional and an expert at what he does, great work and amazing prices. I highly recommend him.

Dealt with the owner for a few times and the experience was really not the best. His name is Vasil and he also calls himself Bill. His technical skills on the stone is not too bad but his way to trying to squeeze money from the customers sucks. Last transaction was 4 - 5 years ago and he was playing the game of cash or no cash for the price. I ended up paying cash and an extra few hundred dollars. This time, my Kitchen counter top price was given as $2,500 all inclusive when Vasil gave the estimate at house and then I was called by him one week later that he will gave me an amazing price at $39 sqft. At his shop all the story is changed, instead of $39 / sqft which comes at around $1,600, the new price was $2,800 - even higher than his initial quote! My vanity price will be $39 sqft.plus delivery charge, cutting fee, polishing charge plus two guys 2 days labor. I was shocked by this kind of business ethics. Couldn't believe that they treated a repeating customer as such and called them back when I am back home trying to find out if there was any misunderstanding somewhere and was told they would pass my case!!

Bill & Chris replaced our kitchen counters and all the vanity counters in our home. They did outstanding work and exceeded all expectations. If you want straight talk and old school craftsmanship with no bs or modern sales trickery, Bill & Chris are the ones for you. I have already recommended Ottawa Granite Art to my neighbours and I will continue to do so. I would happily deal with them again.

Just had them install a full kitchen counter, matching backsplash and island with double waterfalls! I'm a very picky person and they exceeded my expectations. I can't believe how perfect it came out, truly a stunner! Perfect matching veins, perfect fit, large one pieces without seams, just done right!I highly recommend them if you want the best!
