The customer service has been amazing with this company. I have been dealing with Tatianna and I can’t say enough good things about her vast knowledge, prompt response and going the extra mile to search things out and assist with solutions! Extremely efficient!

Naz in the Customer Service Department and the Receptionist was very helpful when I brought over my broken door handle to her. She told me to take some photos of it and email her. I did just that and before the end of the day - she replied back saying the handle was covered by warranty! I had the new one picked up the same day as well. Speedy and great customer service by Naz!

Contacted their customer service department to ask where we could buy a setscrew that was missing from one component of a bathroom hardware set. The company mailed us two setscrews, right size and finish, at no charge and the pieces arrived in only a couple of days. Very responsive and good customer service.

I had purchased 5 very nice door levers from a friend that had replaced them from his new home for a different style. With him or I not knowing which brand they were for me to try to purchase another 2 sets, I happened to stop by the Taymor factory to see if they could help me identify them.I was greeted by a very nice receptionist who put me in touch with one of the customer service reps named Naz. Not only did she identify it as a Taymor product but provided me the name of the model, part# and locations close to my home where I could order them.As well the customer service manager provided me (no charge) with the correct striker plates I needed which I would not have been able to order separately. I was very happy with Naz, the receptionist and customer service manager’s excellent service.Note: The fit, finish and quality of the Taymor door levers were far better than the ones I replaced which were made by one of the other top brands. I will now also be buying the entrance door latches and deadbolts to complete the set!!Thanks again!

Mailed two replacement units on warranty within 24 hours, can’t beat that for customer service!
