Best experience I've had while purchasing a vehicle. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the employees were personable and honest.Kent, the salesperson, was welcoming and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the types of vehicles offered. He listened to my needs and was able to make recommendations on what types of vehicles would suit my preferences.Tammy, in the financing department, was able to secure a great interest rate by considering various lenders and not settling on the first approval she got back. She worked with me to ensure the payment was within my budget and did not pressure me into extras that I did not want or could afford.I 100% recommend this dealership.

The dealer does not lend out courtesy vehicles. I went in for a license and plate transfer inspection saying that I had noises in my front wheels + oil change and tire rotation. Maintenance seemed to be correct, but I came out with the same noises in my wheels and they told me that everything was fine, so the inspection was obviously not done completely.Thank you for your reply and sorry to rewrite on my publication to be able to answer you! I didn't know that you had courtesy cars when I called for an appointment I was only told no that you didn't have any. My vehicle passed the out-of-province inspection on the first try, but they didn't see the problem I had mentioned when I arrived and checked the box ✅ ok! I had to come back a 2nd time for the same problem and this time if the problem was repaired on my extended warranty.

Absolutely horrible service. Neither the general manager or assistant manager can be reached and they will not return your calls. I had to pay $400 to fix a rattling sound coming from my front left wheel well even though I have $8000 worth of factory/extended warranty on my truck, which is almost brand new. As a result I will be taking the warranty off of my truck completely since it’s useless and I will gladly pay the $400, because in the end, the assistant manager Leanne showed that she didn’t care enough to return my call, which essentially will cost GM $8000 when the warranty is removed. Period.

Their lack of selection in stock is unacceptable. Every GM dealer I called including this one my only option was to order a vehicle. It's unacceptable that these dealerships only have $100,000+ SUV's. Can't even test drive the vehicle that I wanted. Was looking for a LS Gas V8 Suburban and they recommended that I test drive a completely different model with diesel.Why do your dealerships exist if we're forced to order a vehicle and then we have to pay them fees on top of it, ridiculous.

The folks at GP Chevy were excellent to work with. I went in looking at trade possibilities and salesman James was very easy to talk to, no pressure and very accommodating. Also Curtis in finance was equally as accommodating. I highly recommend the dealership. I love my new truck!

Laura in sales was incredible to deal with. I called in looking for some info and pictures of a truck that was recently listed. Laura went out of her way to get me detailed pictures and information as soon as possible so that i could get a chance at securing the truck before it was ready to go and fully listed online.She made the process stress free and was not pushy by any means!She is Knowledgeable professional and id highly recommend her for you’re next car buying experience!

It was a very smooth transaction. I flew in from BC, I was picked up at the airport. The vehicle was ready for me and it exceeded my expectation. Between James and Tammie, they got it done. Would not hesitate to purchase again or refer a friend. Thanks again.

Bought a detailing package from here, the first day I brought it there, they called me at the end of the day and said they forgot to do it. They told me to pick any day to bring it back and they would give me a loaner vehicle to make up for the first days mishap, when I arrived on that day, there was no loaner vehicle or any communication about that plan. My vehicle eventually got done and it was a good job but a lot of wasted time.

Great experience with the staff and what a great new building. James Fry went the distance finding me the truck I wanted and gave me fantastic trade in value. Tammie Robinson was tremendous getting me a great interest rate. Thanks to both of you, very happy with my 2023 chevy!

This was an exciting experience. Don went above and beyond for me and I highly recommend Don Hunter if anyone is looking for a kind, helpful guy with lots of patience and vehicle experience.
