I had an absolutely terrible experience with this tax service. After waiting for three weeks, I was met with unprofessional behavior and an unreasonable demand for cash at double the price of other similar services. The owner's behavior towards customers is completely unacceptable and I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and frustration and steer clear of this company.

Waited almost two weeks for a simple passport renewal form which was never done. Qouted $75 for the service which was changed to $100 the second time. When called to follow up he refused the service and asked us to pick up documents. He accused and blamed everything on us. We are still in shock as to what happened. Very unstable.
