The food and service here is amazing :) I come here pretty often, its my go-to spot for hotpot! I always get the fatty short plate slice combo with the 2 kinds soup base, and sometimes I also get the shrimp dumplings. Everything tastes fresh and the sauce is bomb. The servers are always attentive no matter how busy it is and they are super kind! The new location is excellent, its probably about 3x the size as the old location which means less wait time and I’m glad you can now join the waitlist online remotely instead of only in person.

Service is very good but the food is simply just fine. There is so few choice in term of sauce and condiment to select. I want to complain shrimp didn't have its gut remove and the beef also too much fat unless you specifically ordered an expensive grade beef.

First time at the new location. We went for lunch and it wasn’t busy unlike the evenings. Kudos to the staff, refilling our soups, bringing extra sauces, clearing our dishes, overall a great job. There’s plenty of food, I never feel hungry after I’m done. Worth the $$.

Best service and really good food! The Laksa and Curry are amazing, and the combo is really worth it. Love the new location that they moved to, everything is clean and new.Went during happy hour, unlimited drinks! Winter melon tea unlimited was amazing!

Awesome experience here! I came by myself and it is definitely set up to accommodate solo visitors. Staff was so friendly and explained everything to me very well. The set is a great deal, with a wide variety of items included, definitely enough to feel full after. Dessert and drink being included is a lovely touch, and I am overall very happy with my dining experience. I will definitely come back in the future.

Decent food portion and quality. Excellent service and even though the line was still very long at 8 pm, the manager Teresa was very helpful and tried to manage and move the line ups. The hotpot sauce was delicious too.

Best personal hot pot place in Vancouver. The thing that sets those place apart from the others is the freshness of the ingredients. The seafood hadn't been frozen.The portions are also huge.

Cooking my hot pot on the table was a great experience, with a good variety of veggies included, the menu has several options for meat and soups and sauces with nice flavors. The combo is perfect to enjoy the complete ritual. Friendly staff, who explain everything in detail to new customers.

My favorite soup is sukiyaki.Short rib and prime rib are both delicious.The servers are always friendly and nice.And I like that they give you stamps.
