The female plumber (jessica) that came to fix our toiler leak was very rude. She was not professional at all. She blamed us for the leak and told us she will not be coming back at all to fix it again even if it leaks again. Absolutely horrible HORRIBLE service i do not recommend this business because of this experience!Edit: talked to the manager and he was very polite and understood our situation. He assured us that he will look into this matter and take the steps necessary to make sure something like this does not happen again.

All I can say is take your business elsewhere. Ordered a part December 12. Had to call them to see if parts we're in this is now January 3 Oh yea parts are here. So why was I not informed. Was going to have them install the shower faucet.Been waiting 3 days now for someone to call me back to schedule a install .Nothing. Went to get my parts .Will be looking elsewhere for installation. Thought they had better service. Check out other reviews. Not very good.

For my home's plumbing, we are using Canyon and so far, it has been a great experience thanks to Talia and Len. They've been most helpful and patient with our different requests, while also offering great insights on our plumbing. Moreover, they have bee very accommodating and flexible with my schedule; they were also very professional and even they were at times busy, they kept me updated on the progress.So, in a few months, Canyon will install my plumbing fixtures and so far, we have a positive impression (we'll probably upgrade this review too, once we check everything is installed correctly and the fixtures are as good as what we originally saw in another friend's fitted kitchen + bathrooms).

I recently used Canyon Plumbing & Heating to replace my Poly B piping and my hot water tank. From arranging the work to getting it done the team was fantastic! Great customer service and very responsive. They ended up charging me less then the original quote when they said it didn't take as much work as originally thought. I am guessing most companies wouldn't have done that and I never would have known! I highly recommend this company!

New construction. They will install damaged tubs and showers. Water line Install very poorly done, looks like they hired someone who never had experience installing pex water lines. Sanitary rough in and finishing plumbing fairly well done. Furnace and hot water tank install with gas venting fairly well done. HVAC duct work well done.

Canyon Plumbing has been servicing our boiler heating system since it was installed by Canyon Plumbing 11 years ago. Canyon's service department is second to none, in that they have responded to our servicing needs promptly and on occasion going beyond what was expected in order to ensure our heating system continues to provide reliable heat.

Canyon Plumbing recently replaced all the poly-B piping with a new Pex-A system. I consider Canyon Plumbing to be the best plumbing company in Calgary for poly-B remediation projects. Their pricing is fair and very competitive and they do excellent quality work with minimal disruption and mess in the house. They represent great value for the monies spent. Their team, Brad and Wes, are very qualified and efficient, knowledgeable in all aspects of plumbing equipment and installations. Their workmanship was top-notched. They even re-organized my plumbing layout and included a neat manifold as part of their service. This was totally unexpected. I also took this opportunity to replace many of my old faucets. My plumbing looks and feels brand new!As my house had hardwood and tiled floors, openings had to be made in the ceilings and walls to facilitate the installation of the new Pex-A lines, especially to the upstairs bathrooms. I had cut out 26 holes thinking that I would save some money. One suggestion, let the plumbers cut out the openings they need as they will minimize the number of holes that will require repairs and patching. They advised me that I had cut about 12 holes more than they needed and this actually increased my costs for their subsequent repairs. Canyon Plumbing can provide contacts for reputable companies doing drywall and ceiling repairs that will complement the high quality of their plumbing works. All in all, a great experience with Canyon Plumbing who is now my company of choice for all my future plumbing needs.

I contracted Canyon to add a new heating zone for my basement renovation. Matt Ashley provided the initial quote and was very helpful going through the what options could be looked at to achieve my desired results at various price points. Dan and Dustin performed the actual work and were very professional and completed the work efficiently and also identified a previously unknown issue with my HRV which they fixed as well. Overall very happy with the services provided and I would recommend them.
