Without a doubt the biggest rip off I've ever encountered. Paid for three kids and an adult to supervise and get charged to sit and wait for them. The customer service person at the door was unbelievably rude. I will never again take my kids here, I'll be taking my business to Cosmic adventure from now on.

Best experience ever! Hosted our 2 year old’s birthday party here and all the toddlers had a blast. We got the monkey package. Cake was amazing! The place was super clean. The staff was ON THE BALL with everything, i.e. bringing in the food and cake on time, announcing that the food was ready, helping pack up the leftovers and always watching to make sure all kids had their adults around them. I highly recommend this place and would definitely bring our kid here again. Thank you Zigzagzoo for giving our Sophie a wonderful 2nd birthday.

Immense place. Kids love it. That handed free chips to the kids during our stay (this can be good or bad, depending on your rules with treats).Crazy price and surcharge for parents.About $75 for 2 parents and 2 kids. In the summer, I pick six flags at that price-point.I'm glad they charge enough to stay open. Unfortunately, with the extra fees for parents, it discourages larger groups of parents that could have a chance to catch-up and talk without the kids interrupting as much. Id be happy to buy some food and drinks with my money, but access....Also, tiny slush is $4.50. yikes!

beautiful and clean place to visit with kids. floors are clean and staff is super good! I loved the ambience! you can bring your own food ! There are comfortable couches where you can rest

We had a great time today! They had special activities planned for March Break and my daughter loved them. The area for the kids under 3 is large and well equipped. And there is lots of fun activities for the older kids as well. We will definitely be back!

Kids had a blast! Play area is super big and lots to do! Most of the staff was great!However, the attendant (sylvie) was quite rude and aggressive. Was not impressed with her tone or her actions in front of my 4 children.

So for a dad that haves two little girls lots energy. This is good place to bring them I been to the whoohoo before yes the whoohoo is biger but messy and more $$ and mostly shooting balls .. which this place it's clean nice look cheaper abit..clean bday rooms bracelets on yours only way to leaves the desk and so safer... jungle theme..and biger slides with turns .plus afew little arcades..I say from my experience woohoo and zigzag Zoo rather this place any day

Went for a school trip with my son's kindergarten classes. They had a great time. Although one employee was very aggressive with the children. Older kids and adults understand the one-at-a-time rule for the slides, but these kids are 4 and 5. She grabbed kids' arms and shoulders very abruptly and aggressively. You never touch children. And if you can't be nice to kids, maybe this isn't the best job for you.

A perfect place to have a kids party. Prices are comparable or better than other similar establishments. We reserved a table. We brought our own food. I would consider having future parties here.
