ZERO STAR!!! The Sales staffs are bunch of scammers. They won’t let you out the store without purchasing the protection plan. Even you declined they will keep on pushing you to get the warranty after they offer you a deal. It’s like you’re hypnotized. Better to buy online because you have an option to decline the protection plan.

The workers here are so rude and scammers. I can't believe I paid for warranty on my Dell laptop. It runs slow even today! And sometimes the keyboard is not working. They don't know how to fix it and they won't replace it!

I won't buy the warranty ever again from Geek Squad for any appliances. I'm in a situation where my fridge stop working and is been 2 weeks and they keep telling me that I have to wait for something every time I called them because they don't call me to let me know what's going on, now I been told that I need to wait 1 to 5 days more before they can schedule a technician, but I asked the question is the technician going to fix my fridge and the answer I got is they don't know.Is better not to buy the warranty and if you have problem with your fridge just buy a new one or call a company to come and fix it for you, since that's what they do and will be faster, also you will save money at the end, because all the food you have to buy outside, because you can make any, since you can storage any and it's harder when you have child's like me.I hope that my fridge will be fix soon and don't have to wait a month or longer, because the way this is going I won't be surprise if they tell me that I have to wait 2 more weeks for parts and them another week for the technician to come and fix it, which will be about 6 weeks of waiting time.I hope this help you to not make the same mistake I did with buying the warranty from Geek Squad.

Great people to talk to. The work they had done on my Canon printer fixed it up really nice all is working Good.
