The customer service we received was exceptional. Right once we walked in the store they greeted us with huge smile. The store itself is beautiful and they have a large selection of designs to choose from. We were able to find everything we needed with the help of KARAN. He was super friendly and very pleasant to deal with.I was bit confused between the designs he helped me to choose the best one by explaining each and every detail. He has very good customer service skills. Highly recommended to everyone. Happy with thei customer service

Helpful staff but prices were a bit more compared to other jewellery stores (check Malton area). But, I was happy with the service I received and did buy 2 items from here. Workmanship is good but they didn't issue a guarantee or anything. I had my gold checked after, and it's good; but they didn't provide me any paperwork with it which was odd. That's the only thing for doing -1 star, otherwise it was a good experience overall.

Amazing collection and best service. For all your gold needs this is the jeweller you are looking for!! They make you feel welcome and address your needs accordingly. Rekha ji helped me choose earnings for my sister wedding. Everyone in my family loved it. Moreover, She was really polite and the way she recommended gold items shows she has quite good knowledge about the work she is doing. It felt for a moment I was at the right place. Definitely recommend visiting there once!!

Excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in everyone from the owner to the salespersons greeted me with a smile. I was taken care by Rekha ji, who was so patient and helpful but above all she is very pleasant, the owner too made sure to check in everything was fine. They have a great selection and the best prices. I will definitely be coming back to this store.
