The service here is terrible. Went inside to get a quick coffee and snack. Waited 10 mins after ordering to recieve cold food and improperly made burnt tasting coffee.

Either they have poor management or are severely understaffed. The wait was unacceptable, 15 minutes from entering to having my order. A single gentleman at the counter single handedly assisted multiple orders (making coffee, lattes, and summer drinks), with a line up out the door is ridiculous! Not only to return my burnt coffee and a hot chocolate that didn't have any chocolate mix in it. It's something that needs to get figured out immediately and is long overdue for an improvement. Between the front counter and drive through (on other experiences) This location (hate to say) is the slowest Tim Hortons in Central Alberta. A drive to Blackfalds or Ponoka would be a more pleasing and possibly faster experience.

Doughnuts are sub-par and the coffee is ok, but the real issue with this Tim's is the staff, they're terrible. They always seem agitated and are visibly annoyed even if you are polite and patient. I waited just over 23 minutes for an everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese, about half way through my wait, I asked how much longer it would be. The two behind the counter snapped at me angrily about how busy it was and that it would be up when it was up. (It was about 9 and the breakfast rush was just winding down) Thankfully a nice lady that ordered about 10 minutes after me order came out, she also had a bagel with herb and garlic and sweetly let me take it while she waited for another. Hopefully she's not still there waiting... anyway, avoid this particular Tim's like the plauge. It well worth it to pay the premium at Starbucks, or if you're looking for doughnuts head over to tollers bistro, they're made fresh and tast 1000 times better than the freshly glazed" stuff at Tim's."

Ordered 2 simply sausage with cheese on English muffin, they came on a the biscuit. A large vanilla iced coffee and got a regular iced coffee. Lucky I am a pretty chill dude but come on, not a single thing correct????

I went for drive thru paid cash and took off right after receiving the food but just parked right across the drive thru window. Realizing that i forgot my change. Went back to drive thru immediately and informed the guy at the window that he didnt give me the change and so he called i think his supervisor. The lady asked me the receipt with combative approached. And explained to her about what happened. Shes upset talking to me for unknown Reason. And i said i was just here few minutes ago but shes getting more rude and talked about counting the till etc instead of speaking nicely. I understand from my end that i cant do anything coz i dont have the receipt since i wasnt given one but I strongly believe that talking to someone nicely or being kind doesn’t cost her or to anybody. Yes she might have a rough day but that doesn’t permits her to be rude to anybody. Dealing different customers is part of her job! I hope she will get rich with her attitude. To add up, not all staff are rude. There is hopefully only one and that was the lady works in the drive thru shes extremely rude.

Took almost half an hour after getting our food to get us a medium ice cap and a BOTTLED drink. The drive-thru was packed but there was staff standing around doing nothing and the only people actually working were tossing peoples food on the counter from a foot away and forgetting half of essentially everyone’s orders.

Not impressed.. for $8 a wrap you would think you could get a not stale wrap with half brown lettuce.. not to mention the great" customer service."

Hey kudos to the crew working on jun 3rd. The Tim's was extremely busy with tech issues too and they still were doing great to get people through quickly. I am certain it was stressful for the staff but they were helpful and kind.

Drive through is always slow. Can be 3 people in line and take 20 minutes to get your order. Don’t waste your time.

I have been at Tim’s thousands if times in my life. This was the most incompetent, rudest staff I have ever experienced by a thousand times. Almost 30 minutes for 2 drinks. A young man out front completely disgustingly rude to customers.Stay away
