Drew and his team at Co-operators were great to work with when I recently needed some business insurance. I felt that Drew explained my options well. He always communicated quickly and was available to meet during my hectic schedule. It’s a nice added bonus that my monthly payment can come off a credit card which helps me accumulate points; not everywhere allows that. Worse customer service I ever received at this location. They don’t help you out when you have an issue. They just take your money, I would stay away, not recommended at all.

The staff here are so friendly! Great customer service! Helen helped me get a quote on a second vehicle today over the phone and she was very helpful and sweet! I’ve been in here a couple times in person too and always have a good experiences.

I have been dealing with Drew and his team for the past 15 years. Just got off the phone with him and felt compelled to write a review. His office always responds quickly, get me the information I need, and coverage has been reasonably priced. No claims so I can't comment on that part, but if the experience of my neighbours is any indication, they've got your back should something go wrong.
