Excellent service provided by the manager. I wanted to gift my girlfriend a dress for her birthday and the manager helped me in choosing the best one at a very good price. My girlfriend was very happy thanks to Suzy Shier. After that, I told all my friends to visit the store. 5 stars from me

I have been to the store a couple of times. The staff is really good and provides excellent customer service. There are always many people in the store, but the staff still manages to look after every customer entering the store and provide them with the best service.After having the “first great experience”, I went there with my sisters and they loved the store too. I would recommend Suzy Shier to everyone and this specific location due to its excellent staff:)

Worst suzy store ever. I wanted a XS size in one of the dresses the worker said they dont have it. I told her there is one on the statue, she said we cannot remove it. I finally chose 3 outfits to try and she said the fitting room is closed. How can someone buy without trying. I will never suggest this store to someone.

Worst place to shop. Girl at cash was rude and disrespectful. She was helping a young girl at counter and I was standing at back looking at them. But staff wasn’t good help.I feel bad for that girl.Surprisingly she was manager. I wish I have 0 star to give her.

Great service and amazing selection for clothes. I needed a gift recently and the staff there made it one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had in a retail store. I genuinely believe this is one of the best Suzy shier locations I’ve been to.

Loved shopping at this store,I’m really impressed with the customer service.Employee named Priyanka attended me and she was the sweetest. She helped me find so many pretty clothes.Very friendly staff!!Great collection & suitable for everyone to shop around . They even keep the store Very organized and clean and easy to shop. I travel from quite far just for this particular store.

I went to buy few pieces of clothes to wear that week in Bramalea city centre Brampton. When I got home, the store tag was still attached, I called the store if I could send by post because its wasting my time and gas bringing back but the its advisable to do that way. I ask for something to compensate the inconvinience and their mistake but there was negative response.. No matter how much I love buying Suzy but this incident will make me move to another brand.. I give 0 star for this.. In the first first place, it should beep when I left the store..it could have been solved before I left the mall... Very Disappointed..

Horrible customer service. The girls in this store are so nice with helping you find exactly what you're looking for, but yesterday morning the girl at cash was very dismissive. Every time I asked a question she'd send another employee to help me with no regard to the fact that I was directly speaking to her. I think she was a manager but if this is how a manager acts I can't imagine how the employees are being trained.
