Very good experience with united car and truck rental.Peter was very professional and reliable. He even took the time to follow up and get back to me in a timely manner. Customer service was exceptional as he took the time to explain the contract with patience. The cars are in great condition and the prices are great. Highly recommend this company. A great team.

Rented for first time from United Car Rental. Neat, Clean & Low Mileage Car. Excellent service by Mr. Michael & Mr. Brian. Everything related to rental was very clearly explained by Mr. Brian prior to booking. Mr. Michael came to pick on time on the of day of rental & Mr. Brian dropped back after returning car. Went here after accident, early morning. They were Efficient, Friendly and experienced with last minute or post accident rentals. They dealt with insurance direct. When I got my car the staff pointed out deficiencies and made sure I was comfortable with what I was getting and only expected to return it in same condition. I thank the staff there for their patience and help.

Had the greatest experience car rental! Was in an accident, and service was fast and people were friendly. The car provided was in mint-condition despite being used. They really take care of everything!Helped a lot considering I was stressed after an accident, but would recommend this company out to anyone needing a car rental.
