Was supposed to be here today...no show.. Tried to call him and he hung up on us. Tried to call back and he wouldn't answer. Rude

First quoted the wrong price, then said he would call me back 15 minutes later.. did not receive a call back. I called in the morning and informed him he forgot to return my call the night before - he hung up and then ignored my call when I tried to call back -SUPER Unprofessional!!!!
