OK Pneus

This was my first visit . The thecnician was pleasant and very conscientious. He took my car out for two test drives to verify problem and solution .My appt time was respected with no wait. The price was average . My cost for an alignment was 89.99 plus tax.. ( it was listed on the digital price list as $85 ...i guess it was not updated, but i could have insited on the posted price plus $10 discount as per provincial law )No further verifications were made while my car was on the lift or when my front tires were rotated so they did not catch needed repairs ... ( my brakes are 85% done, my regular mechanic suggesting i change them in the fall, and two flex pipes on the exaust system are leaking, making a lot of noise , thus requiring a front exaust change )This is not a bad thing , suggesting they are not out to squeeze every penny out of clients .. but not noting the advanced wear on the brakes is a bit of a safety issue in my opinion..I wish i had requested a quote on the exaust work to see what kind of mark up they have on parts.. ( one mechanic wanted $750 for exaust parts that i ordered online for $275 )I would give them 3.5 stars if i could, as 4 seems a bit high and 3 is a bit low.As this was my first visit, i cannot offer a recommendation one way or the other , but overall the experience was positive .

For a super honest, no nonsense repair that will not break the bank, this is the place to go. Took my daughters car in for a hole in the exhaust and it cost me $120. No indication of a rip off and they fixed it first time.

Poor service. I called to book an appointment to change my tires. When I showed up, they informed they did not have me on schedule despite I showed them proof of my call and Outlook agenda. The guy didn't even care to re-schedule. It's the second time I booked an appointment by phone and they did not register in their system. These guys do not value other people's time.

First brought my car here before it was OK Tire. Never had a bad experience with the staff. Tire change rates comparable with everywhere else, but I'll bring my car there for other repair reasons. They will help you determine the best course of action for you. Can't ask for anything more.

Called three hours ago because my tires had been leaking air ever since I had the summer tires switched on. They quickly had an appointment available for me, fixed the tires which were not properly mounted, and it was quick, efficient, and for a first time customer, ill be back again. Thanks!

My people this is a good garage to go to the staff is very friendly and they educate you a bit on whats going on with your car so that pretty cool plus they manage to save me 10% on my breaks its not too far from the highway there a mcdonals and tim horton right beside as well as a pizza pizza and grocery store not to far away almost forgot there also a car wash legit beside this garage so while you wait you could walk around or just stay in the front and chill the nice reception guy told me they just install a rust proofing machine so be on the lookout for that service in the future that being said this is daxx approved enjoy and drive safe

I had a jeep that was a lemon, after bringing it to multiple garages with no results, my brother told me to go to this place, and i am am extremely happy i did!They were able to properly diagnose my truck, and tell me what the problem was. The info they gave me helped me break my lease 2 years early without penalty.I have since gotten a new car, and i ONLY take it here for service and maintenance. They were honest and pricing was fair.
