TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Very poor service. I went to change my phone number and i already booked an appointment for that. But there is no one to tell you or ask if anyone have appointment. Bcs if u do ask by passing all the people in que, they will be upset how he can pass us

Had an amazing experience. I opened my new account here. Ramsha was very polite and helpful. She opened up account for me. Explained every minute details thoroughly and answered all my queries patiently.

My experience was incredible. I visited here to open my mother's account and Pushmeet Singh guided us and he explained everything in detail and help us in activate the account. Moreover, he is so well behaved and make us feelcomfortable and trustworthy.

Unprofessional staff I won’t mention her name but she needs more training on how to handle clients or straight up fired. Makes me want to close my account with TD

It is okay kind of bank. Most of the stuff they don't know and in place of putting you directly in touch with the person who may know they just go to fro and it does not get the purpose solved. Not all staff is well trained and it seems most of the time when you deal with them they do not care that you are their client. Only good thing I can find till now is that they are opened on weekends. Not the best bank experience in Canada. It does make me think I should have tried some other bank as well.

Trust me I do t want to give any starAs I came today to steeles and mac Laughlin bank to buy USD the cashier she made the mistake by giving me the selling rate instead of buyingThan she went to the manager and spoke to her regarding the rate and they agree on the that they will give me USD on selling rate and I agreedBut later she said she can’t give it to me I said ok so cancel the transaction I don’t want to buy it but she said she cannot cancel the transaction either I have to buy or I will loss the money and she. Was not ready to say how much I gonna loss the moneyThis is like cheating your own customerI will be soon closing my account with TD as I haven’t got any good experience with TD at all Scotia and CIBC are much more better bankSorry I forget to ask her name but I won’t forget her face in my life she was so rude and not even want me to speek to the manageras she know that I was in rush so she took advantage of thatThis is so bad and pathetic service by TD

I had a worst experience after banking with TD for so many years.. Friend of mine went yesterday to Steeles & Mclaughlin branch to have couple of cheques deposited to the account. Both the cheques have been issued by different institutions with my name on it. One of the cheque was deposited correctly but the other cheque with a big amount got deposited into my friends account. My friend realised the error made by the representative when she checked her account later at night. She went today to fix the error which they did but put a hold on my account completely and stopped my mortgage payment. My balance was more than enough to pay the mortgage amount before the deposit. I called the call center after waiting for one and half hours spoke to Manpreet and she said she couldn't help as I have to go to branch. I asked her to pass it on to supervisor as I am overseas..While speaking to her I was disconnected. I called again waited another 30 mins. I asked if she could call me back if for any reason call gets disconnected she said yes.. Explained her everything and asked to speak to supervisor she hang up on me. This is just not acceptable..

If 0" was an option I would have selected this! My wallet stolen and I went into the branch to get a replacement debit card. I brought a valid passport as proof of ID. The manager on site

I went to td bank sheridan plaza location to open new account and i got best customer service by Pushmeet Singh. He helped me to set up my account and everything.
