very awesome Place. the beach is amazing, theres endless amounts of cool rocks, theres trails and even a picnic table. If you happen to be Passing by, I urge you to stop and have a look.

May 1/2021.I’ve always like this spot for a stop & rest.The drive along the old highway is like none other. Go slow through each hamlet as the locals use the high for walking between their neighbour’s. Enjoy the fantastic view from both directions.Great spot to launch a boat. Don’t forget to pay the launch fees. They go to the local fishers club to maintain the park,it’s a good cause. Check the Inshuk,do be careful walking out there as you need to hop and step to the next bowlder.There’s a table for lunch. Check the interest sign post for the history of the area.

Nice boat launch with a large parking area and reasonably priced. Asphalt ramp is quite steep, but there is a shallower alternative although your boat will be a ways from the dock. Also, watch out for shallowing on the left side.

Union Bay Boat Launch
It's a great place to stop and enjoy the view from the car. Only downside is that there's no washrooms. Boat launch is very good. Gravel road with potholes, so drive slow.
