DO NOT BUY A BED FROM THIS STORE.....NO RETURN POLICY EVEN ON $1700 MATTRESS. I guess it's true that they are NOT caring business folks just like what everyone who has done business with them has said. STAY AWAY!!!! Plus rude!!

I have bought a mattress here, I was completely unhappy with a 2k mattress on sale for $1,680 and they would not work with me. Less then 60 night in it, mattress cover, the works! Worst place EVER!!! Go anywhere else.

Very disappointed! My wife and I purchased a bench that was marked down from $299 to $219 this morning. When I arrived home, I noticed that they charged me the full $299 and when we called them about it, they denied that it had been marked down to $219.00. Yeah, I know, I should have paid more attention to the credit card receipt before I signed it. Lesson learned! We'll have to start taking out business elsewhere, even though we've been happy with the service there for years and years!

I have bought from Gary off n on for years, I believe the first thing was a VHS player in 1982. I've had excellent service and Gary has always stood behind what he said he'd do.

Not giving it 3 stars because of quality.. We just do not go there but once in awhile. We need a little apartment stove for our small rental. They have them. They do have some nice looking furniture though and applicances. They need more people there to work. We had to wait for a long time to get help.

Really lousy customer service. Ignored me when I walked in and looked around. Apparently you have to look like you have a ton of money to be helped. Won't ever buy anything from such snobby people
