Sirens

I recently visited this store for the first time and was disappointed by the customer service. While the prices and products were great, the associate I interacted with provided incorrect information and responded rudely when I pointed it out. This encounter left me disheartened and ruined my day. It was clear that the associate lacked basic customer service skills and manners. I've never experienced such poor customer service in this city before. I had hoped for a better experience as a first-time visitor, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I had hoped for a pleasant experience as a first-time visitor, but the associate's rude and unprofessional conduct left me disheartened. It is disconcerting when a simple inquiry is met with such hostility, especially when I maintained a friendly demeanor throughout the interaction. I believe that customer service should prioritize respect and courtesy, regardless of any mistakes made.

Liked the clothing there and love the sales when they have them only thing is I find the sales ppl not to good at times some there bedside manner isn't the best but over all there stuff is nice

I went to Dixie Outlet Mall at Sirens. I spend over $215 I just asked the cashier very nicely and politely if I can get any kind of discount on pair of sandals that wasn't one size. one was size 8 and 8 n half. She responded in a very rude manner nope we don't give out any discounts". I said that's fine

Wish there was an option for zero stars. The manager was so rude and they refuse to mention the policy to their customers. She was condescending and called us a liar even after we told her that her staff who was in properly trained did not mention anything about the policy. That is my last day in Sirens overall. No apology from management and no accountability.

I didn't buy anything, just was curious about some denim I say on display. Had a few questions to lady who work in-store with over shelf merchandising. She was very friendly and helpful.

I know this is an outlet but this place is literally the worst in terms of their staff being helpful and the fitting rooms. No mirrors inside the fitting rooms and then everyone has to fight for ONE mirror in the center. Do you know how many more sales you would get if you had an adequate setup for people to see what they are trying on. However, they have a good assortment of clothing options at a great price to be fair.

The store was well organized, clothes were very fairly priced, and the staff were helpful. However, the music was WAY TOO LOUD. My ears were seriously hurting from how loud the music was. I couldn't hear my friend talking to me, and I even couldn't hear what I was saying back to her. The music really soured my experience at the store. It definitely needs to be toned down a lot so that both customers and employees can actually hear each other when communicating.

I like their summer dresses, tops and shorts. Have been to many of their locations. This location has great selections and really great customer service. Every visit here has been pleasant and very helpful.I am glad there is a Siren in this location (ample parking).Thank you to the team from the girl at the change room to the floor and the cash register, they are so nice, helpful and courteous. Not all Siren are pleasant but this location has my support.

You know what I love ur clothes, the service was nice, prices are good. I get home and my one shirt I bought (I have the receipt for it) has the black tag that's literally meant for anti shop lifting and it was never removed.... I live couple hours away so now I gotta attempt to go and get it fixed.

Prices are great for the quality. Very friendly staff, having fun while they work & gave great service. My mom wanted to know the price of each & every item before purchasing it and the guy working there was very patient with us. It was great seeing you guys smiling & creating such a warm, comforting environment. Thanks!
