Build-A-Bear Workshop
It was my daughter's first time here. She loves stuffed animals. Unfortunately, we came here on a weekend around 11 AM and it was already super busy. The line up to build a bear was almost out the store. I counted two workers; there should be more workers especially on a weekend.

Really lovely staff, super engaging, kind, friendly & helpful. Bear is adorable, love all the clothing and for children it is a great experience. A little pricey but worth it in my opinion!

Thought my kid would love to make a toy on her own and wow this workshop gave that opportunity. She thoroughly enjoyed her experience. So many options to choose from and it’s amazing to watch kids , not just kids even grown ups make toys of their choice and also customize voice of the toy. Pricy but worth it. Price depends on what we pick though :)

I had a terrible experience with this location. My daughters birthday is in 1 week and it is June 30th. The store manager refused to honour the birthday promotion stating it’s the policy. The store representative had the nerve to say “well technically there’s still the 31st of June.” I can’t begin to comprehend how awful this is coming from a store that’s primary customer is children. My daughter was with me, I’m 8 months pregnant, and had to deal with such disgusting and unprofessional people. I did contact head office - I strongly don’t recommend this store.

Nice selection of stuffed animals to choose from. But they were under staffed. Long wait to stuff the bears, print certificates and pay. And costs added up very quickly.

My son loved this experience. We visited during his birthday month and paid his age for the birthday teddy bear. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the whole process.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There are lots of choices for bear clothing. The only thing I was disappointed about was that they only had one option for first birthday bear clothing. I would love to see more first birthday options which are for boys and girls.
