Wild Wing
Honestly had low expectations going in, based on the reviews, but it turned out to be a great experience. The wings were very delicious, and cooked perfectly. There was only one server working for the entire restaurant, so the service was a bit slow, but she did a great job. I'll definitely go back.

8 people arrive, 8 people order.45 minutes later 4 people get their wings.The other 4 people got nothing.No offer for drinksNo napkins , never came to the table again.Finally after another 45 minutes of being ignored the wings arrive under the lights and sit there for 20 minutes, after asking for them to be brought to us , they were moonrocks.Sad really , not even busy.Totally disorganizedDisgusting tap beer.Smelt like dirty mop bucket.Restaurant is dirty and smells, tables are sticky, the tap Beer stinks so bad.Honestly the most disgusting place ive ever been in.Im shocked we weren't all sick from this place.You’d be better off throwing your $ down the drain.Complete waste of time and money.Never will return.8 people will tell 100The owners of this business should have their franchise taken away, or at the minimum be completely re trained and regularly checked on, but this location is too far gone.Absolutely pathetic attempt at serving any kind of food or drinks.Update july 2023.This location has a well know reputation as being a horrible all round experience.As does the other location in Guelph but this one tops them all.

This restaurant deserves every negative review it gets. Wings were small and for the high price, you are still hungry afterwards. Wings are not evenly coated with seasonings and sauces, so some bites are way too salty.We ordered a triple and did not receive the carrots and celery sticks. When we called, they said they would take down our information and talk to a manager. An hour later, there was still no response and upon calling back, were informed that there wasn't even a manager on duty. The staff are liars and the fact that there is no manager working a Saturday night shift shows how little they care about service. We never did hear back and will never return. They give the chain a bad name.

If you've read any of the other reviews, this will sound familiar.My husband and I arrived with our baby around 6pm and were told to take a seat anywhere. Our table was sticky, but we figured we wouldn't be there long so we didn't bother moving. We ordered drinks, which arrived quickly, then ordered a hot dog and a single order of wings. Then the waiting started.40 minutes later, our drinks are empty, the baby is crying, and there's no food at our table. A server hasn't been to check on us since we placed our meal order. I decide to leave with the baby so we're not disturbing the three other tables, and my husband stays to see if it's worth waiting to take our food home or better to cancel.We waited another ten minutes after I left, but had to flag down a server to ask how long our food would be. Lo and behold, the system messed up and cancelled your order." How they had that response prepared is a mystery

I have ordered online for pickup from their website twice now. Both times when I arrived to pick up was asked which sauce I wanted even though I had to choose one when I ordered 3 hours prior. This most recent order I did not get the side of fries that I paid for as part of the meal, as well as the wrong dip. I called to see if I could get them delivered and was told they don’t offer delivery even though it’s advertised on their website. I love Wild Wing but won’t be ordering online again.

Ordered a pick up order well in advance, get home with the order and both pounds of wings are swimming in sauce, we each get two half carrots sticks that are soft and hot floating around in the sauce with our wings as the side order of celery and carrots stated on the order, apparently they dont have celery at this location, should make that clear online.Called immediately to ask for a partial refund and thankfully they let me know next time I stopped by I can be refunded for my order. Robyn was very helpful and hoping she’s getting kudos for all these fires she seems to be putting out for other people not doing their jobs.UPDATE/ switching my review back down to one star. Went in to collect said refund and the two women working at the time (one who helped was sitting at the bar drinking with someone, not sure if that’s legal..) were very unprofessional. The one helping me calls their boss/manager and starts getting angry/defensive right away, claiming I was angry to her boss, exaggerating every word. Then confided that their bosses are horrible and said they told her that my refund is not their problem. I was then given the bosses cellphone number and the number to the store to call and to sort the refund out next day. Unfortunately I will not be calling to collect my refund because I assume it will be a fight with said boss/owner, and that is not worth my energy. I was told to come in to collect my refund, not to be involved in the restaurants drama.I was patient, calm and courteous the whole time, the actions and service from their employees was nothing but immature. I was told Robyn no longer works at the location, I wouldn’t either with how horribly this location is ran.

Love this place the wings are awsome any flavor for anyone I usually stick to the Single boneless wings, when you don't think a single is enough just go hotter the fries they serve with it are amazing aswell equally as delicious as the wings themselves

Check your order before you leave the restaurant if you’re ordering takeout. We open doors when we got home and there was no sauce on the wings even though we had ordered honey garlic wings. When we called to let them know, they didn’t seem bothered at all.

Had a terrible experience here recently. The waitress left after only taking one person's order and would not pay attention when we attempted multiple times to get her attention. My order first sat in the window for 5 mins, then was missing the side and there was no apology or explanation. The wings are pathetically miniscule. The beer options sad. I will not be returning to this or any location in the franchise.

Disappointed with fraudulent advertised special. Ordered half price wings on Tuesday as advertised. Specified I wanted the half price wings when I ordered. Was NOT informed that they require the purchase of a beer (until we paid the bill). The Advertisement also does NOT state purchase of beer is required. Asked to speak to the Manager, there was no one on site with the authority to deal with this. Was charged full price and the poor servers (they were understaffed during the busy dinner hours) claimed they couldn't do anything. GO TO THE OTHER Wild wings in town. They did NOT do this, and had no issues. Will be going there instead in the future.
