The worst lawyer possible! The reason why lawyers have a bad reputation. I retained her services to help with my first house closing. We agreed on her fee and i confirmed her rate as well as all other fees again the day before closing when i went to her office to sign the paperwork. To my shock and surprise i received a call the next day and she demanded another $565!! When i voiced my objection she simply told me she was going to hold off the closing till she received the money and hung up the phone! This isnt the only reason i strongly urge you to find other representation. She is rude, made constant mistakes and forgot about processes that should be standard. Thanks for ruining my first house closing. At least i will never have to speak or deal with Farzana Tabassum again. Dont say i didnt warn you!

Farzana Tabassum is the best person and best known lawyer to us. She is very understanding and very helpful. She has always guided us correctly. She listens to her clients very attentively and makes them very comfortable. No matter is ever very small for her ,she gives equal importance to each matter, very professional and very ethical. Very satisfied with her services. Will definitely recommend her for all your legal needs.

This is my second house that I closed with Farzana and her services were very professional and timely. Her fees were in line with other lawyers and everything was done on time.

Went today, Feb 09, to Notarized the letter forMinistry of Transportation to get RIN for my company. Farzana(owner) was very helpful, fast, and polite. Within 5 minutes, I had a letter in my hand. I would really recommend her for any Notary related work.

Went there to get the affidavit done for name change. The team is awful, doesn't know the customer service, doesn't have manners, patience and very rude.Dont have correct payment method. Only take cash or debit, no proper machine to do transction. On top of that, they don't feel important that the client will be charged extra for paying through card and proper receipt/invoice..And, if you question them they tell you are you new to Canada". Come on what you are asking

I wish I can give here 0 star, worst lawyer ever please.. dont go for notary at her office on phone she told us 30 dollars and when we reach at location she told 40, moreover it wasn’t about money, i found her rude and arrogant.. Not at all humble..

You can count on Farzana to get the job done. She is very professional and is well knowledgeable in her field.
