First time visiting this Lowe's, and upon first impression, this place was kept fairly neat and clean. Plenty of parking on the day and time I went so this can be different to you depending on day and time you visit. Also there was plenty of staff available compared to other building box stores/location I've visited. The staff member I conversed with was friendly and asked all questions I had about a product I was looking at. Plus there was no sale pressure to buy now. I will definitely go back to this Lowe's if I need to buy something from Lowe's

Very friendly staff, I asked one of the associates at the self serve checkout about a product. She then directed me to the “Paint” department where the representative would know where it was. I asked the gentlemen in that department, and he walked me over to the aisle where they had it. I was in and out within 20 mins or less. Customer service 10/10 it’s rare to get this kind of service now a days.

Refrigerator section, worst customer service received. where as Best Buy, Bricks got excellent service. the old indian guy sitting in the desk, never came up or ask if we need any help. when asked about a specific fridge, answered like a fleet market outlet. No class, no soft skill, no basic human skill. Does Lows care about customers?

Writing this review for Derrick who works in the paint department. He was very helpful and kind. Helped with getting samples to test out for my first home. He very knowledgeable about the products and what would be best for the needs of each room. I’m only going to see him for any future paint needs! Would highly recommend! Thank you Derrick!

Was waiting in the paint section with no assistance around. Lots of staff near the cash and exit area. Prices are a little higher and I was able to find the stock items I needed. Generally Lowes have some brands not available in other stores which may be a plus for those looking for something specific, where availability is more important than price.

Yesterday I went in and bought a new dryer. Last night when we went to disconnect the old dryer, it started working. Did 5 loads of laundry to make sure it was OK. This morning I attended the store and cancelled my order with no problem what so ever. Both Mohsin, the sales person and the gal working customer service at 8am were very professional and helpful.

This is a really nice store. Large and open with everything you could want or need for your home or home improvement. Staff are available and courteous and fairly knowledgeable in their departments. Found some excellent clearance deals on the end displays. Big parking lot out front and the store was clean and bright. Easy helpful checkout.
