Never had a purchase so happy until I met Tom.About 6 weeks ago, I phoned GoldKey Isuzu asked for a pre-owned truck.Commercial truck sales Tom Lamb answered the phone and asked me a few questions of specs, then informed me nothing is available at the moment, but will call me if anything show up.Usually this is how the story ends,because most of other sales I have dealt with, never call back.About 2 weeks later, Tom called me back said he found a truck I was looking for.He stayed after work for my test drive, I was happy with the truck, and confirmed the purchase 2 days later. He prepared all the purchase document before the appointment and also arranged an insurance agent to come in. In 30 minutes, everything is done. I drove the truck away with smiles on.His great services didn’t stop there.I had to trouble him a few times to understand some operation issues, he always respond in a timely manner.I found some minor issue after being driving the truck for a few days, he offered me parts and repairs at very reasonable price.You need a truck, You must ask Tom!!

Zero costumer service never ever try them again

Leased a van and lease agent Simon is a customer happy service oriented fellow. You gotta be happy or he's not.

Reception answers phone promptly and parts puts you in hold so fast their words are blended. Then you wait until your phone's battery goes dead. Not favorably impressed.

Thank you to all the service department staff at Gold Key and especially David Hamilton for the excellent service. We are a longtime customer and I am always impressed by the fast turn around and the fact they don't try to oversell. This week we needed an emergency repair and they dealt with it very quickly.

The employees of the parts department are completely unprofessional and do not have enough experience.bought parts from them, but not satisfied at all
