Punctual, friendly and affordable. They had my whole apartment moved in an hour and a half and also put together my beds. Also the quote when I shopped around and there were no “hidden” costs. I would highly recommend

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Their company photos are a lie, to deceive you! All they do is outsource the move to random guys with u-haul.I hired this moving company, believing they were an actual moving outfit, when I phoned in to book the move they sounded legitimate, but the day of my move.. Three guys in a small U-haul truck showed up, with no indication at all that they worked for Metropolitan movers.The movers were completely unprepared for my move, all they had was two small dollys and 5 thin blankets... They didn't even have tape to tape the blankets to my expensive furniture... and was very clear when calling in to book the move that I wanted them to have blankets to protect my belongingsIt took the movers two hours to load a TV, Couch, Small computer desk, King size bed, and tv stand.... By the way, this company charges PER hour..All in all, I sent an email to their customer service to explain my overall disappointment on how they fraudulently mislead me into believing they were a legitimate moving company, and surprise surprise, not a word back from them.So luckily there is such thing as google review so you don't have to go through what I did.

Highly recommend this company. Movers worked carefully to untangle my sea can contents which had shifted badly as AAA moving co. failed to pack & secure from the start. Metropolitan properly loaded & secured my contents in their truck & quickly got me settled into my new home. Thank you Metropolitan!

These guy's did a awesjob moving my daughters apartment to storage. They were very profess and made work of the move. They also took their and made a storage shed that was too small work. I would definit use them again and recommthem to anyone. Thank you!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with movers.Do not use this company .I would give Zero star if it was possible

Since they day my employer informed about the change of job location, me and wife were dreading about the move from the place we had lived for years along with kids to a newer city. We were going through the random search and called many of them to inquire about the rates and procedure. The only one clicked us was Metropolitan Kelowna Movers. The guy on the phone very nicely explained us the process and costs. Right during the conversation we had made our mind that we are going to use their services. From packing to loading to move, they provided exceptional services in a very reasonable amount. Highly Recommended

Our apartment lea ended 10 days before we can close on our house so we chose this services to , store and then move our thagain into our new place.

Great service, very careful and meticul movers. I had a num of fragile (and heavy) things that were wrap and transported with great care. Very reasonable rates. This was a great mo experience.

This company is really about as good as moving gets. I'd had a very stressful lead who kept screwing up the reservation time/date and refused to refund my deposit. I booked this services. Thank you
