The Flower Place

Very easy transaction and the staff were very nice when they called to confirm our delivery time. For an $80 order (after taxes and delivery), I am quite disappointed in the size of the arrangement. The photo on the website made it look much larger. The arrangement is beautiful overall, although slightly uneven. I don't think I would order again unless I was 110% sure of the size of the arrangement.

I was disappointed in the quality of the bouquet I ordered. If the majority of the colours and flowers are unavailable, it may be a good idea to warn the customer that the bouquet they are picking up looks nothing like the one they ordered…this way they can pick another arrangement or shop elsewhere.I rarely complain but I felt I had to as this was a funeral bouquet for a good friend. I did appreciate that they took the bouquet back and tried to add a few flowers to it…but the fact that the bouquet was originally sent out as it was, was quite surprising given the price (sparse, different colours, different and cheaper flowers, mostly greenery - see photo for example of “bowl of beauty”). Although they tried to fix the problem, I still ended up going to Loblaws to add to the arrangement. Disappointing experience -

Like another person said I think the website makes the arrangement looks bigger than how it is in real life, however the flowers are still very beautiful, just wished it was larger especially for the price. But overall happy with the flowers I ordered!

Easy peasy! I ordered and paid for my arrangements online. I left a voicemail to change my pickup day, Randy got back to me within the hour to confirm my changed pickup day. Pickup for my Mother’s Day arrangements was very quick, and the Bowls of Beauty (I got 2) were very cute! They even put gemstones in the bottom of the bowls, a nice touch. I will definitely order here again for special occasions because it was so easy and smooth. Thank you!

I recently came across this local family-owned florist shop in Barrie Ontario, (TheFlowerPlace). I was amazed by how easily and user-friendly their website allowed me to pick from a variety of different flower arrangements. I placed my order with little effort and all within minutes. I am usually hesitant to make online purchases but was very pleased the site was recognized and approved as a secure site for payment and privacy. I was able to send a personalized message and provide instructions, if needed, to allow for easy delivery. When I contacted the shop by phone, I was treated by a pleasant and friendly person whom I believe to be the owner. Very friendly and genuine. I'd recommend using this florist if you are wanting to have peace of mind that your arrangement will be sent with care, fresh-cut flowers, and delivered on time. Competitive pricing, a variety of arrangements, and a sense of pride have my 5-star approval.Thank you to the staff at The Flower Place for making this experience an enjoyable one for me and for allowing me to bring a smile and warm glow to someone very special to me.

We used The Flower Place for our wedding bouquet and boutonniere and thought that it was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! The flowers were beautiful and fresh, and everything I had described wanting. They were also so friendly and had everything ready for us (including some extra babies breath for my hair) as soon as we arrived.Would recommend them

Cheryl was such a big help and so lovely. She made my wedding bouquet and two bridesmaids bouquets exactly how I envisioned them to be. She even saved me some extra rose petals that I asked her for last minute. My bouquet was so stunning… when I got my pictures back I couldn’t believe how perfect it looked! Thank you Cheryl!

I know it’s been tough through Covid, especially with the shortage on flowers these guys have experienced around Mother’s Day ... but I just want to say thank you so much. It’s been hard through these times not being able to be around loved ones and you delivered the most beautiful arrangement to my mom today for Mother’s Day. It certainly means so much. This is the first time I’ve used you guys and I will definitely be continuing to use you moving forward. My mom sent me lovely photos of the arrangement and the flowers looked beautiful and fresh. The flower arrangements for the church and additional bud vases were just perfect and included timely delivery. The colours were very well matched with the main flower requested and I had many very positive comments. Only suggestion: place your name/phone number (by stamp?) on the back of the delivery tickets. I took the two tickets from the 2 large arrangements and put them in my pocket. When people asked me where the flowers came from I reached in my pocket because I thought I was handing out your business card and discovered no business info.
