it's clean, staff are friendly, prices are decent, and food is nice. we will surely come back. it's just that the broth is salty. i heard the couple sitting next to us telling the staff that their food is salty. so it's just not me. also they said they were here last week and they do not remember the broth being too salty then. anyway, we will still come back but will tell in advance the staff to make sure not to make our broth too salty.

I love the concept. You only pay for the amount of choice you selected. Love the broth also. A bit spicy but can be handled.

Delicious and affordable!You choose your own ingredient, your broth and your sauce and they will cook for you. Everything was fresh and there were a lot of choices. We got the regular spicy broth and the dry pot. Both were very flavorful and you can also adjust the spice level.

I have visited 3 times and love it ! I like the part you could customize your bowl and soup flavour. The food is fresh and the taste is very traditional and typical Chinese Malatang, price is reasonable, worth to try. Also a good option for take out lunch , easy and fast ! Highly recommend! Will come back, Yummy!

$3.49 per 100g. Ordered mostly veggie and quail eggs. It was almost $19 CAD and only 1/3 of the container. I ordered the semi-dry style with sesame sauce but they didn’t blend the sesame sauce into the sauce/broth ( which is supposed to be the authentic way). The sauce ended up becoming one big clump. Taste wise, it’s just okay. Nothing amazing. I personally think it’s pricey ( didn’t know if they skim on the weight or not).

New restaurant opened in Chinatown, similar to hot pot. You can choose all the ingredients and the flavours you want, there’s also the bar where you can customize the flavours
