Usually confused staff and even managers! Don't know what they do. Do not follow their job properly. You should check everything several times to be sure the job has been done correctly!Never call you back when they should! Seems not much of the responsibility for the customers!

I have been here multiple times and honestly you better bring a tent if you want to see a teller considering how every time they are done with a customer they walk to the back ignoring the growing line. Every single time I’ve been here I waited >15 minutes. They will happily let bell employees skip the line to do the same thing everyone else is trying to do.

Everyone is so slow! Looks like all the tellers are sleeping. 7 people in line and I've spent 75 minutes here.

RBC should fire the management of this location very long lines slow staff. They seem like they have no clue what they are doing any more. No long feel safe going to this location panhandlers inside the bank now.

RBC has always been easy to do online banking. I’ve loved it. Recently they made a mistake in my banking that dropped my credit score drastically. I recovered fairly fast but I could see a person with a fair credit being devastated by something like this. I feel they could be more customer oriented and let the customer know before sending them to creditors.

Everytime I go to the branch it's lined up with more than 10 people and only 3 people working at tellers. At 4 pm

On my credit record it shows I have an open revolving credit for a significant amount with RBC. I called asking why it was still open as it was opened in 2003 and closed in 2010. I was told I had to go into a branch. So I made an appointment and went and saw a representative. The representative said it shows it’s closed on their end. I asked if I could get a letter saying that it was closed. He said he had to talk to his supervisor who then joined the meeting. He refused the letter saying I had to call. I told him I had done that and they said to come into a branch. I asked, do see it closed on your end. He said yes. I said why can’t you confirm that in a letter. He said he had talk to his manager and it would take 5-7 business days. Totally uncooperative and irrational!

Good service from the tellers here, though there seems to be an ongoing issue with their overnight deposit slot. It seems to be out of order more often than not, so I am unable to drop business deposits in the slot. I would suggest fixing this thing once and for all, as some employees are not able to visit the branch during normal banking hours.

Had an appointment with Jaspreet. explained everything in detail. Very nice and kind person.

Worst branch of them all DONT bank here manager is rude and will ask inappropriate questions and make rude comments
