I absolutely love this place. Best nail salon I have visited since moving back to Hamilton 7yrs ago. The atmosphere is so peaceful and the staff is so nice. My nails have never looked this good and my pedicure was fantastic. I feel like I've finally found my forever salon. Thank you to the staff, you guys are amazing.

This is the best nail salon. They always do exactly what I ask for and are very talented. The staff are very kind and take their time. They also have great prices for services. 10/10 would recommend this salon.

I made an appointment here for a manicure and pedicure, they put me down on the wrong day so I had to come back the next day. The techs were really nice but I got a set of acrylics and they have a lot of issues. They weren't able to do what I asked for which was an ombre, so I got plain black acrylics. They arent even, the acrylic was everywhere, I had to file it down when I got home. Ive had the set for one day, and an entire layer of polish bubbled up and peeled off? I think they gave me gel, I didnt ask for it but Ive never had this issue with other polish. The under layer must have been wet still and it looks gross now and is sticky and messy.

Asked for square and they gave me coffin. Showed a picture and everything. Asked them to just remove them and they charged me for the removal but LEFT HALF THE ACRYLIC ON MY NAILS. Now I have to pay ANOTHER SALON ANOTHER REMOVAL FEE to take them fully off.

Excellent service, accommodating booking and friendly staff. They provide a very inviting atmosphere and I will certainly go again

Been going regularly for over 2 years. I won’t go anywhere else. There was only 1 time that I wasn’t satisfied with my nails. The owners and staff are lovely.

Some of my nails were glued to the skin of my fingers, with a sizeable gap left between each nail and cuticle. Wasn't worth the cost ($55) compared to other nail salons. They had also booked our party in and overbooked (they called to try and move the appointment earlier)so maybe they were rushed. They were very nice but we won't be back, after one of our party went to have her nails redone due to issues, she still wasn't satisfied. I've also read responses to reviews where people voicing their opinion to the services provided were cutdown. . .poor business practice.

They did a great job. Very professional! It was my first time getting biogel nails and she asked me several times throughout if I liked how it was looking. I'm very happy with it and it was a great experience!

Would never return to this salon. I took my Mom there twice for nails and both times they fell off completely. Horrible customer service. I waited for services in a empty salon for the owner to have the skin around her nails clipped. Disappointed and disgusted in the service!! They don't deserve the one star but it wouldn't let me post without giving one star at least!!!In response to the owners reply, it very much is a true story. So let me say WOW...you gave no response to the fact that the nails my Mom had put on and paid for fell off not once but twice, this occured before deciding to write this review. This occurred Nov. 1st 2022. I specifically asked a employee while waiting for my Mom's nails to be done, if the lady getting her nails done was the owner, this employee responded yes"."

Do NOT recommend at all. I called before I went to make sure they had time to do a manicure and pedicure and when I got there they were rushing me to pick a color. Not slightly but really really rushing me to pick a color or I had to leave. I made arrangements for a baby sitter so I could come do my nails and they said that they are very busy and I had to pick my color right away. I asked 3 people to help me match the color and they kept saying “ I don’t know “. I didn’t even take long to choose a color but if they would have actually helped me, It would have went a lot quicker. Needless to say it took me 5 mins to pick a color because they didn’t want to help. They had about 6 people working there with no customers at all. Very rude and do not recommend them.
