Foundations First

John did a fantastic job of communicating and being honest. Upon arrival he noted the repair was not required as the builder already had waterproofing installed. I had no idea and could have easily been taken advantage of.I would highly recommend Foundation First with John!

Very positive experience using Foundations First to waterproof our home. They not only corrected the leak, but also found areas that could cause future problems and fixed them right away. What started as a small leak, turned into a major waterproofing task and John and Dave were incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. We had more water entering our house than we knew, and they were able to fix the entire problem at an extremely reasonable cost. We used to change our dehumidifier daily, and now we haven’t emptied it in 3 weeks!! I often look at reviews to pick my services, so I wanted others to know that I would use Foundations First again in a heartbeat.

I emailed them I've called and spoken to someone think his name was John and he said text me your details and I'll stop by sometime next week I sent him a following text that week telling that I'm available nothing back poor communication if you don't want the job just say it instead of ignoring the person even if you're a busy person it doesn't take a lot to shoot me a text saying sorry but we are busy or you can't do the job but nothing

Exceptional experience, very informative and hassle free from start to finish they made a very stressful situation quick and painless. It has been 6 months with lots of different weather happening and I have had zero issues with my foundation. Foundations First will always be my first call for my home and the first place I tell someone to call for any foundation repairs ... make the call you won’t be disappointed!!!

I would highly recommend John & Dave from Foundations First. I had hired a waterproofing company from Toronto that made a mess of my home and did not complete the job. I called John asking for help and he quickly attended my home assessed the situation and provide a solution with a fair price. Despite being booked solid for 3 weeks, John and Dave were able to squeeze me in and finished the job quickly, professionally and waterproofed our basement while making our basement stairs look beautiful. I am very pleased with the work completed, the honesty, professionalism and both Dave and John were very pleasant. I want to personally thank John and Dave for an outstanding job on the repair and replacement of my window wells all around my home. It was a complex project but they did it anyway and we are very pleased with the outcome. I had to juggle between some other work being done so John was able to find time to squeeze me in and balance the work out between other contracted work to be completed first. Dave was kind enough to stop before all his work was completed in order to allow me to get the other contracted repairs completed and return at a later date when I was ready for them to finish the work. They did this part on the house even though it required to bring his men and equipment back onsite so I wanted to make sure I provided the well deserved thanks for helping us out. I highly recommend them as they are very good at what they do and a great team to work with. Window wells are now working and draining water as they are supposed to and I have no more water issues.
