Exotic Car Collection by Enterprise

I write this as I’m still in my rental.I would not recommend renting here the service is terrible.Booked my rental 4 months in advance offsite from airport as we needed a larger vehicle. After a premium cab ride to pick up our rental they didn’t have what we rented noting they rented the SUV we booked months earlier that very morning.They offered a couple of choices that where smaller with trying to charge the premium amount I had paid.Left with little choices after a 4 hour flight etc we took what they had.Insult what they brought up had a badly cracked windshield that today we got pulled over for.Well done Enterprise Calgary Exotics and I will now re-evaluate our corporate contract with you.

This is the best location for luxury cars. Shawnem is very professional and give exceptional customer service she take care of her clients. We will definitely rent from here again. Very convenient process and very easy return. Thanks.

New cars, cheap prices, and good service. The manager at this location was easy to work with and was very friendly. The Range Rover I rented was new and in great but not perfect condition, which was okay. Still 5 star rating!

We've rented from here twice and both times they've been good. New cars with lots of options not basic.

I had an amazing experience at Exotic Car Collection Enterprise in Calgary dealing withVireo Thakur.This was my first time going here & I will definitely be back when a rental vehicle is needed.Customer service was top notch! I was picked up at the collision centre where unfortunately I had to bring my car. I was brought back to the Enterprise location to do the quick bit of paperwork and was given a very nice & clean rental vehicle to use for a week. When it was time to pick-up my vehicle, I was able to just drop off the rental vehicle at the collision centre.The inconvenience that sometime happens when renting a vehicle did not happen here at all.I would highly recommend this Enterprise location.

Check in and check out were both easy. They didn’t have the car we booked (due to a global car shortage - understandable) so they upgraded our vehicle for the same original price, honoring our unlimited mileage booking and making sure we still got our money’s worth! The car was well maintained and clean, no complaints at all. The only downside is their office’s hours. They are closed on the weekend so we had to rush to get the car back on Friday even though our trip wasn’t over yet. But they do seem to have the best cars in town!

Awesome customer service and great selection of rental cars. Looking forward to renting again from this enterprise in Calgary.

I did not actually rent a vehicle, I work at a tire shop. One of their customers came in with a wrecked tire, we had a take off to put on it, same tire, however the people at enterprise insisted we install a new tire. So we performed the work and got their VIP customer on the way. Come payment time nobody wants to help. Between Ken Baker, Ashook(who conveniently no longer is employed there), Kumar and Sarab not one of them can pay their bill. There is no dispute about them having to pay it, they acknowledge it is their bill and they authorized the work. I have been phoning for almost 3 months to have this resolved. Tried calling their head office, who also agree it is completely unacceptable. However, they will not help by paying the bill. So just a heads up, these people do NOT pay their bills.Update, William finally got involved and took care of the bill promptly(being as he was new to the scene I will say promptly). Thank you to whomever made this happen. I am very grateful.

Shawnem is a professional who puts her clients first. She answered all of our questions and we had the best experience renting from her, she was kind, courteous, and personal in order to give us an elevated experience.I could give 10 stars if I could. Any for profit company would be lucky to have a sales representative like her.
