Was looking for some one to fix a broken recliner. Did a search and Jay's popped up. Contacted Jay's and they came back to me quick. Came out a few days later and they made the repair with high quality. Highly recommend. My go to for furniture repair.

Mitch went above and beyond to get my electric recliner fixed, even over the holidays and despite some really crummy weather.I am very excited to have my chair back to chill in with my old man dogs.And I'm especially happy Mitch saved it from the landfill. Mitch was efficient and perfect. He fixed the power recliner on my 9 year old sofa and had it working like a charm within 15 minutes of his arrival. He has extremely reasonable rates and gets the job done. I’m saving his phone number for sure and calling him for ALL my furniture issues when they arise. I cannot say enough great things about Mitch from Jay's Furniture Repair. Not only is he professional, experienced and responsive, he is also extremely thoughtful! He took the time to explain to me the various fixes for my 14 month old, broken couch. He encouraged me contact the company and demand nothing less than a new couch. Well, thanks to his thorough explanation of what caused my couch to break, the details of the various pricing options I had to fix the couch, and the encouragement to settle for nothing less than what the company should do for their customers, I was able to send off a very detailed email (with pictures!) to the company, which resulted in me getting a replacement couch. I was totally ready to hand over my money for Mitch to fix it, but he convinced me to give the company an opportunity to make it right. Another repair guy may have see this as an opportunity to get paid business, but not Mitch - he didn't even charge me for the visit! Honestly and integrity mean a lot to me, and I know it can be uneasy to know if someone you are inviting into your home is going to have that, and I can tell you Mitch does. I know if I ever need furniture repair again, Mitch is who I am calling, and if you are looking for furniture repair right now - you need to call Mitch! You won't regret it!

Mitch was outstanding. He found a replacement motor for our electric loveseat, got it ordered and expedited before the movers got here. Mitch came to our home and even though it was somewhat challenging to remove the broken motor, he succeeded and our loveseat was fully operational within an hour. Mitch was amazing! He responded to my request for by fitting me into his tight schedule and coming out to the house within hours of my call. I was thrilled that he was able to replace a remote for a lift recliner that is used constantly.
