Asha Haji and Antara Quadri were extremely helpful. They helped me setup a new bank account even though the branch was about to close for the day. They also answered a whole bunch of questions that I had about the process.

I was there yesterday and let me tell you that the staff was amazing ! Big shout out to Brad who was very friendly and helpful. And thank you also to his supervisor for the hospitality!! 5/5 !!

Each time I went to this branch, I ve always enjoyed excellent service. Everyone wants to help and they go beyond their call of duty. Of particular mention are Asha and Dora, who were more than helpful in setting up my accounts and transactions on my mobile device. Should you need anything in this branch, ask for them for help. If they happen to be away, don’t fret, others are eager to help. NBC lives it’s creed!

Don’t get a credit card with National Bank. They discontinued the CAA points card and they will not return the credited amount I have remaining on account. They said they can’t send a cheque, so instructed me to go to a branch for the money. I went to a branch and they said they couldn’t give me the money owed to me! I guess because they lost millions of dollars last year. What a scam… Stay clear of them.

Nishan at 121 king st. Was very helpful when I was stuck with email transfer for my business account. I was done within 5mins of me coming into the office. He is an asset to national bank and hope he gets opportunity to move up in the future.

Want to say big thanks to Asha, Brad and Rushi for huge help with account, checks, deposits and credit card opening. Always kind and eager to help. With their help we were able to rent an apartment in a very short time after arrival.

Great customer service in the financial district of Toronto.This location is nice and staff are very professional and courteous. They treated you like a family member or an old friend, and went beyond your expectation. I went there for a quick deposit , but ended up spending good one hour or more to open up a complete line of accounts to meet my full range of investment, lending and banking needs. Mary, the customer service manager was such a role model to her staff , she offered me to talk to an advisor (Kevin), who listened to me extensively and tailor made a comprehensive package. Best experience in the down town Toronto area with big banks and financial institutions are at every turn.
