Marina is a representative of this company and she is the worst sales person I have ever seen. Such a disgrace. She doesn't even look at you , listen to your question and answer.why Such attitude ? Why look down on us ?We are customers and have some sense.Such a disgrace.

Very surprised I’m the first review! Horrible customer service from the minute you walk in until the minute you walk out. No BONJOUR when you walk in,employes walk by you like your not even there. You have the guy who’s desk is facing the front entrance, who is always on the phone and if he’s not he’s looking at his computer screen,he not once turned around to say HI! Very rude staff unprofessional. Clueless about the products and expect you as a customer to know and have all details. Horrible horrible horrible glad our builder flushed them.

Very bad service ! Unpleasant experience !There was no greeting when I entered. One clerk took a glance at me. That's all. Moreover all 4 clerks were inattentive. They were just facing their computer at the desk. I think that this company should revise customer manual.

Very good service. Has a friendly environment. Customer service is fantastic, they were very helpful and patient. There are a variety of materials and a great showroom. The service was quick, and the prices are good for all budget. Would definitely recommend!!

If i could put 0 i would. Service beyond horrible, all woman have no idea what they are talking about and they are so lost. Not to discriminate but please fire them all and hire woman/man who actually know stuff about plumbing and showers like on Wolsey side. Honestly, my husband and i have never been so irritated by stupidity of employees there. On top of it, the employee was getting irritated with our questions, since i think she felt stupid and turned her back away from us to look back at her computer. And this is without hi nor bye. I will never go back and i have no idea how they are still in business.
