My sister and her family is having a difficult time with their son who has Autism. He is very curious and they do the best they can to keep him safe every day. My nephew ran behind the deli counter at Quality Foods. My sister apologized profusely while trying to remove him as fast as possible. She was scolded by all the women in the deli. She was also followed by one women to lecture her. I spoke with the manager, she denied the women that followed was lecturing instead she said she was apologizing. I don’t know why my sister would be balling her eyes out if that was the case.In the future, I think it would be best to acknowledge how that would make someone feel and just offer an apology.

Helpful staff, quality products. If you like cheese, they’ll probably have exactly what you’re looking for. I’ve shopped many QF’s and happy they now serve Chinese food like the others.

Found Quality Foods by word of mouth. Very happy with the store, products, and staff. The customer service have been top notch as all of the staff are.We discovered the Chinese food take out bar. OMG, the selection, volume, and price are great. Absolutely love their spring rolls.Will continue to shop here.

Love my neighbourhood QF. The selection is decent and the staff are great. My only issue is cleanliness. Shelves are dirty and the dairy refrigerators are very dirty.

Love this store! Has everything you need! Deli and fresh produce departments are exceptional, staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Check-outs move quickly and incentive programs are great! Take-out Chinese food is the best we’ve been able to find in Campbell River, “Western”, but still good and very affordable! Don’t expect Szechuan, but quantity and value is great.If you like to support smaller, local grocery stores as opposed to huge conglomerates, this is the place for you!
