This Canada Post continues to lose packages. This is now the 2nd time that this has happened. Now when I have a parcel that is very expensive they have lost it. I’ve had to call 4 times to follow up (they don’t call me back, I have to call them) every time I call they have no update and finally tell me I have to log some ticket under their support service, as though I lost the package! The man I spoke to was super rude to me and did a horrible job handling customer service.

Canada Post in Waterdown lost my parcel from Amazon. The tracking number 1028062051492824 shows it was delivered to the community mailbox on Sep. 11th. But I never received it. I raised 2 tickets, but they refused to investigate further, only to notify me: the parcel could not be located, please contact seller. If it could not be located, why states it was delivered on the website?

Used to find this a pleasant PO to use…until today, when the counter staff were quite rude. Still smh over what happened. Do better, “ladies”. You work in customer service.

Came slightly after 5 in the hopes someone would be here but there was a woman in the office and she wouldn’t even open the door to tell me that she couldn’t help me. Just waved me away. Also there is no phone number easily accessible to contact them.

Best Post Office I've Ever Had. Well, ok, it's the only Post Office I've had over the past 18 years however I can say having visited it almost every weekday for those 18 years (no home delivery) that without a doubt it's staff are courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, going above and beyond what one sometimes expects from such services. Get a Post Box here, really. You will leave with a lighter step and an uplifted mood even when receiving letters from the CRA, guaranteed!
