Had a stellar appointment today with Tijana! I was really nervous about getting wax removal as I had it done previously by a GP and ended up with a ruptured eardrum. Tijana was really friendly and took her time to explain the removal methods available and what I could expect at each step of the process. It was a positive and painless experience (how it should be!). Also, Tracy who took my call when making the appointment was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions easily. Thank you both!

A marriage saving experience!! Custom earplugs for sleeping means I don’t hear snoring:) Super experience with Tijana and the front desk staff who were all super helpful and kind. The earplugs are perfect and super comfy! Highly recommended:)

After losing hearing ability in one ear due to wax buildup, I booked an appointment ASAP with the receptionist. Tijuana cleaned out both my ears, explaining the processes she used throughout the way. It was an efficient process and I definitely got the feeling that I was in good hands. The amount of gunk that came out of my ears (both ears) was astonishing and this is the clearest I've ever heard.

Phenomenal experience from beginning to end. Had ear wax removal done, and she crushed it. Best money I ever spent. To have the stomach to see what she pulls out of peoples ears is next level. I almost lost it when I saw what she yanked outta me. No pain, quick procedure, friendly from beginning to end.

I highly recommend Arnold Hearing Centers for ear cleaning services. I experienced hearing issues due to earwax build-up, and I sought treatment at this center around a month ago. The service I received was fast, comfortable, and effective. The staff provided excellent care. Immediately after the treatment, my hearing was restored, and I have not experienced any issues since then.

Had my first hearing appointment ever with Tijana, she was super kind and professional, we couldn't get to the root of my problem but she made sure to continue my care by ensuring I knew my options and referring me to a different specialist. Will refer anyone I know with issues here!

My 6 year old daughter went in with ear wax blockage in one ear and they were able to get it out very quickly and with no issues. The staff were super friendly and made her feel very comfortable during the procedure. I would definitely recommend their service.

I have gone to the Westmount location for almost two years. First hearing aids for me. Sarah and Tijuana have been professional and very helpful. Excellent service. They explain everything very well. Tracy, the receptionist, made sure I got an appointment to help me figure out what I needed (recent changes in hearing) when I recently lost my hearing aids. No problem getting replacement hearing aids.
