Came in for a tire inspection due to vibrations. Owner was extremely nice and accommodating. Tire was okay and they did not even charge me for the inspection. Will come back next time for other services.

Great experience!!! Amir and Ricardo helped us sooooo much to get the Uhaul trailer connected to our car. Shop closed at 2pm on a Saturday, they stayed till almost 3. Really appreciate theirs help!!

I have been dealing with Boris for many many years when he ran his own shop. He has always been a very honest and knowledable shop owner, and now manager at Hello tire. I can send my wife there to repair our cars knowing he will treat her well and not perform and unnecessary repairs because she is a woman. Just like me, the patrons of this shop are long time customers because of Boris. I would highly recommend Hello tire for repairs on all brands of vehicles also. Their mechanics are well versed on all brands. I have met their mechanics and shop workers and all of them display the same type of empathy and care for the customers. Do yourself a favour and try out these guys and see the difference from dealing with a car dealership.

Had a great experience here! We drove in from out of town and the car started making a weird noise partway. We called and they agreed to look at the car right away, on the long weekend, and tell us whether it was safe to drive home. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue within an hour, and charged a very fair price. Very happy with the honest and fast service, and that they were so accommodating.

I would like to share my great experience I had with Hello Tire; their customer service is great, they are so friendly and kind, very professional and also fair. There were times I got my car there with an issue and they fixed it very quickly without even charging me! I am really thankful and will definitely recommend it!

I've been getting my cars maintained by this shop owner for 10 years - back when Boris worked under the Superior Tire brand at Yonge, and his shop and workers have always displayed the best workmanship and a very fair price.I've tried other mechanics for convenience reasons and I always end up deferring back to this shop for issues other mechanics could not diagnose or because of some shoddy work.This is the best shop to maintain your vehicle if you want to reach its longest lifespan, and the best customer service.

Hello Tire knowingly rented out a truck that is in poor condition, namely the inaccurate gas meters. They gave the truck to us at 1/4 tank, which dropped the second we left the lot. It had to get filled up twice, once driving the needle would move slightly lower and then drop suddenly. The second time we had to refill the tank, we did it at a gas station nearby the dealership, by the time we dropped it off, it was under 1/4 tank. I was charged $47 for them to refill it less than 1/16 of a tank and also a $30 fee. If they really wanted it to be accurately refilled, they should give it to customers at a full tank. The truck itself was dirty and the automatic transmission could not tell which gear to put it in, it was constantly driving at 4000+ rpms. Amir who works at the location was incredibly shady and rude when I brought this up.
