Installed a roof last year, was suppose to come back and finish the flashing this spring. Been calling and emailing for 4 months now...and no response. Did a great job initially...just left us hanging.

Northern Seal roofing was our 4th or 5th quote for a new roof.Josh took the time to explain the process and how the product work. He was also amazing to respond quickly to email or text and kept us informed about everything regarding the project.We chose to go with northern seal roofing and we are not disappointed.The professionalism and attention to detail for our roof is outstanding.The peace of mind we now have with our new roof is because of the outstanding work completed by Josh and his team at Northern Seal.I will recommend them to anyone and everyone for a flat roof.

Josh @Norther Seal Flat Roofing is one of those contractors who actually cares about the quality of his work - before AND after you've paid. I had Josh fix up a roof of mine that hadn't been done properly by another contractor, and since then I've gone to him for all other repairs and replacements. Shows as much thoroughness and promptness for a new job prospect or repairing an old job.

Amazing experience! Josh came over the next day of calling in the rain to check the flat roof for a quote. He was very honest and told me that the roof is still in great shape and doesn't need to have anything done. I feel like most people wouldn't be honest about that and just give a quote. He gave us tips on painting on a membrane ourselves to save money. Will definitely be going with this company in the future once we do need to finally have it replaced! Highly recommend!

Josh @ northern seal is great to deal with. He cares to go a step further than what's required. I had a unique issue, he wasn't even my contractor, but he still responded quickly to help me solve the problem. Again even though i wasn't his customer! To be perfectly honest i wish i had used his company and i will be should i require flat roof services in the future.
