Great arena to play at had a blast

Without a doubt, the worst ice I have skated on this year. The facility is adequate. Dressing rooms are small but adequate. Played in a tournament here. The small ice rink is absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your money renting it. I’ve seen better ponds. The big surface is better than the small ice rink but not good. As a goalie I have never seen worse creases. This is due to poor ice cleaning. Perhaps Zamboni drivers are poorly trained, incompetent or Zamboni or just don’t care. Way too much water applied!!! This was not a one off. Complained to tournament organizers who advised all the goalies were complaining about how bad the ice was. Apply too much water to a crease, it dries like a curling rink and goalies can’t slide. It’s like glue. It’s a pulled groin waiting to happen. Very disappointing that a varsity arena has worse ice than most small town arena’s in Ontario.

Good wings, pizzas and fries. Plenty of large screen TV to watch or it overlooked the arena for live hockey.

Great arena with two big rinks with plenty of seating to watch the game. This is the arena for the university but minor leagues play here especially tournaments.Trying to find the place among the university campus was challenging the first time because you have to snake your way through the parking lot with little to no signs for this place. When you do find it there is lots of parking which is nice. Also the front of the building doesn't face the parking lot so again hard to find.

Had a weekend tour with our girls summer hockey team and Guelph University has been fantastic! The tour guides and student hockey players have shared their personal stories on the university experience and academic programs. Thank you.!

Nice rink, clean.The ice was in great shape!

We were in the smaller rink, the spectator area definitely needs some improvements. There are wooden benches along the side at ice level but they are so low you couldn't actually sit on them to watch the game.

Thank goodness for standing rails! Exciting Queen's Cup game!

Cool spot to watch hockey and a pizza vending machine outside the front door. Perfect!
