Mulu Jewelry

Purchased a ring which needed to be resized. Was told one week for resizing called after a week was told two weeks but they would check and let me know. Never heard back have now left 3 voicemails and not heard anything back. I understand things get delayed but it should not be on the customer to keep following up with no response.This company is a joke avoid at all cost.

Before purchasing, be aware:They don’t do returns.One of the associate told me yesterday, they don’t do returns even 5 mins after purchasing. It’s not displayed to customers anywhere. It’s ridiculous especially if you are spending good money and you have to exchange something. Even an exchange was a hassle, the pendant wouldn’t match with earrings at all, and all the sales person wanted to do was make sales. Didn’t help at all and I ended up paying more so I can atleast exchange it to something else.Very disappointing.Note: the review isn’t about the product. I have shopped here before and I like the items.

Just bought a graduation present for my niece and couldn't be happier with the selection. Tanick was so helpful and patient, gave me the chance to look at everything and then some and even suggested options and pairings when she learned who the gift was for. Overall a great experience with a wide selection that suits different tastes.
