Beautiful views any year. I'd give 5 starts if it wasn't for the people fishing off it. Someone fell onto the road, the side without the sidewalk, and I almost ran them over. On a separate incident, someone fell off the sidewalk trying to walk around a Fisher that would keep the sidewalk clear of their gear and that person also almost met with their maker. I'm just waiting for a cast to catch my car..... bye-bye rod.

Serves it purposes to bridge the river. Narrow cycling lanes and pedestrian path on only one side.
