After not finding what I was looking for at other stores, I checked Ottawa Textiles. They will now be the first place I go to for home decor fabrics! Great prices, super helpful staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

The staff here are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. This is the only place to get curtains. I've bought from here before and I'm in the process of getting more curtains from here. Highly recommend this place. They are much better than the other places in the area.

This is a great fabric store. Drapery, Upholstery, Rods, and so much more.Mario is amazing, he will help you out with what ever it is that you need. Very knowledgeable, kind, friendly. Lots of parking @ the back of the store

Lily Montgomery rates your store a HIGH 5.....the service is second to none ! The store is very clean with a large current selection of lovely fabrics Mario or Kelly will gladly cut you a sample if you need to take one home, FREE of charge of course, not all stores on Ottawa st will do that. His store is one stop shopping for your windows...from fabrics to hardware and help when you need it....never pushy, always smiling......A real pleasure to shop there.

I highly recommend Ottawa textiles for all your drapery and fabric needs. I purchased fabric from Mario and had drapes made by their seamstress. Amazing work and such a remarkable price point for custom made drapes and roman shades. I so. appreciate the wonderful customer service that Mario (and Kelly)also shows his customers. He goes above and beyond to make sure you find what you are looking for. custom made drapes of this quality would cost 4 or 5 times more at a custom drapery shop. Thank you so much!!!!

Fabulous staff, Kelly and Barb, in particular.Very organized fabric assortment and was very easy to visualize my choices. No books, just large bolts of fabric.Easy to mix and match.What is generally a stressful event was a piece of cake.Thank you, ladies. I know I will love the finished product.

Very happy with the fabric and hardware bought at Ottawa Textiles for a new set of drapes. Their team sewed them and referred us to an installer.

I found the customer service to be poor. When I went in with pillows I had purchased at another textile store they asked where I bought them. They took almost 2 weeks to have my two pillows covered. At first I was told i would have to purchase zippers for my pillows elsewhere if I wanted them. They eventually agreed to have the woman" who does the work provide them and charge me. I was not told I would have to pay for the final product in cash. I paid for the fabric with debit. The "woman" who does the work must be paid in cash apparently which is not my problem. The business owner could take debit and then pay her with cash. They would not. I had to come back with cash. For an upcoming area
