Thank you Dr. Phil Gaudin for the great experience and quality work you have done on my teeth. I am usually extremely scared of going to a dentist and it was no sweat at all. He took a lot of time to talk to me and calmed my nerves. I’ve been postponing to have my wisdom teeth taken out for over 20 years, simply from the fear of going to dentist.He took time to explain all the procedures. He explained all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment and he was also very supportive. Everyone else at Creekside Dental Clinic is also extremely helpful and very friendly.My wisdom teeth are out. No pain or problems with my extractions and he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I understand what I should do with my teeth and mouth so I do not have future health risks. I found him to be very professional and truly caring about your oral health.

I like most, do not enjoy the dentist; however, I no longer have full blown anxiety about going. The team at Creekside Dental is kind and caring. I highly recommend this team to anyone asking.

I can’t say enough about this phenomenal team. They have been so wonderful over the years I’ve been going to see them. Recently I called at closing time, in a panic, not only did they see me at the end of the day on a Friday completely eased my worry and helped me immensely. I am pretty much terrified of the dentist but from the minute I went in there everyone was so lovely, the reception staff, the nurses and Dr Chan. He is honestly the most upbeat and friendly dentist I've ever had. Highly recommend :)

I was very pleased with my latest appointment at Creekside Dental. My hygienist Jane was very thorough and professional, and was very informative about the status of my teeth! Julian the dentist was also great and presented different options around the potential need for dental work. I left feeling well taken care of and overall had a very positive experience.

Thank you Dr. Julian Truong for a wonderful after hours dental experience. I was visiting Whistler for Christmas vacation and a dental emergency came up. Contacting Creekside Dental was simple, fast, and efficient and Dr. Truong did not hesitate to meet me after normal office hours. The lab turnover time was excellent and they even shipped to my hometown. Thank you again to both Dr. Julian Truong and the staff at Creekside Dental! Creekside Dental is an exceptional clinic in comparison to other offices I've received treatment from. In my opinion the following aspects of care set this practice apart from other practitioners:1/ Attention to detail. This applies to the entire staff.2/ Listening to patient's needs and meeting them accordingly.3/ Accommodating patients, even if sometimes it requires a shortened lunch break.4/ Level of training and consistency is evident throughout all staff members.5/ Patience. I have never felt rushed. Whether you are attended to by the office person, dental hygienist or the dentist, everyone seem to have time for you.I feel very fortunate to have access to such an exceptional, dental clinic in Whistler.

Dr Truong is the best dentist I've ever had, by far. He is kind, genuine, and honest. You always feel that he is recommending what is best for you, and not just looking to make the most money possible, like many dentists I've seen in the past. I feel very confident with his recommendations and I'm so glad to have found a caring dentist who I can trust. We are very lucky to have Dr Truong in Whistler.
