I had my eyelashes (extensions) done by Justine and she was awesome!! They still look amazing and I love how comfortable she made me feel! Definitely recommend this business

Very disappointed!!! I booked an appointment with them, i remember asking twice on the phone the correct time and when i went there they said my appointment was a different time. They also said they txted me 24 hrs before as a reminder and then just before the appointment which neither was done because i got no txt. They then offer me an appointment over two weeks later which is pointless since i was going to an event i needed them for. The lady on the phone was not nice at all as i was almost in tears about this. Worst customer service ever! Do not recommend going there for any service. I also bussed clear across town for this appointment.

Had an appointment for teeth whitening on Sat at 10AM. Showed up at 5 mins to 10. One of the girls came to the front, asked me who I was waiting for, said that she would be in soon. I waited about 10 mins, so 5 after 10...the girl came back to get her Client, and said she would try to message the other girl. I waited until 25 after 10, and no one showed up. I understand that things come up, but no phone call, no text, no email, nothing. Really disappointed and would not recommend.

For the last four days I have been calling trying to speak to someone about making and appointment, I have left several messages and have had no response. Today I went to the shop, I wanted to get my eyebrows microbladed. Under your services tab is clear states $175 micro blading, I have a screenshot of it too. I was told “no, that must be for a touch up”. It says micro blading NOT touch up, the girl snickered and said it was between $500 and $650, I said no thank you and she told be “bye”. Super disappointed that you don’t honour your posted prices, also it is fraudulent advertising to post one price then quote another. I will be sure to share my experience with the better business bureau as well.

Definitely 5 stars! Very professional and a beautiful atmosphere to relax and get pampered. Wouldn’t go anywhere else ❤️

Got a set of volume lashes and she did such a good job. She told me that some of my lashes were broken and she accommodated to my needs. I was very relaxed and comfortable.

(Not my email so not my name) The Lashes fall out super fast. I would Booked every 2 weeks but it looked like I was on week 3 after a week and by my 2 week appointment it looked like I was on week 4. And I did take care of my lashes. Not very friendly or professional at times. Lashes also not applied very well, very clumpy. Soon as I would leave the building they would already be starting to fall out (not a normal amount). I’m confused about the reviews and why my experience wasn’t the same, maybe it was just the lack of care for my lashes?

I have been to many lash technicians over the years and Rebecca is by far the best one. She is continually growing and learning with her business and I'm happy to be along for the journey. I highly recommend The Beauty House to everyone, you will not be disappointed.

The beauty bar is your #1 place for amazing eyelash extensions! I can't say enough wonderful things about my lashes and I always get a ton of compliments on them! I also highly recommend the nano hair extensions :) So happy with both services!!!!!!!!
